Been eating Pizzaiolo for about 10 years. I used to get it for corporate events from Adelaide and Spadina and just two days ago I had some from Yonge and St. Clair. It was delicious as always!!! Today I ordered a Pepperoni pizza from this location (St. Clair and Oakwood). The sauce was sweet and less than average. The pepperoni had literally no taste and the scantly added cheese was curdy. These are definitely not the great ingredients that the other locations use. I hope the franchise office reads this. I will not order from here again. Honestly, it tasted worse than a $6 frozen pizza.

Tend to get the walk-in special. Pizza is always made well! Always fresh. Crisp crust, perfect amount of toppings. The staff are nice. You can tell they care about the food they make. Haven't had a bad pizza yet. Kudos to the team there!

I love Pizzaiolo , but this location doesn’t have the same flavor , at least not the tomato sauce . We order a medium pizza with 2 ingredients. And it was just okay but that isn’t enough I don’t know if they just don’t put enough . Also they don’t have more seasonings( not oregano , not salt , not pepper) just hot sauce & chilli flakes , the staff is nice but they need to improve the food .

The pizza is consistantly bad at this location, dry with almost no sauce and very skimpy on the toppings, on my last order i ordered and paid for extra sauce to solve this problem, the pizza came dry as ever with almost no sauce, $35 before tax and tip for an XL Pizza, i called right away and was offered $1.30 credit, i said i would like the pizza to be remade the way i ordered it and they said sorry they couldnt and would have the manager call me, i followed up twice and never got a call, then after email their head office and going back and forth 10 times i was offered a $10 credit, absolutely aweful customer service and pizza quality has gone so far down!

mmmm ??️!! Best pizza to order for a party or quick dinner! They have a great variety of different pizzas that you won’t be able to find at your basic pizza pizza, pizza nova shops. 100% recommend pizzzaoilo!! Get the capri pizza, pesto base-extra goat cheese+well done ?, thank me later!??

I ordered pizza tonight via Uber Eats and was really impressed with the service. They deliver the orders themselves and it arrived 5 minutes early, in a car with the pizza in a heated bag. The pizza is hot and delicious and they were very friendly too!

This store is absolutely the worst location I've ever dealt with in my 10 to 15 years of ordering from Pizzaiolo. Every time you order from them through doordash they cancel your order immediately and tell you to use a different store that isn't even on doordash. The service over the phone when I ask questions was utterly awful and I could barely even understand the mumbling and half explanations. They kept telling me to go to roncesville but roncesvalles isn't on doordash.
If you're going to cancel every single doordash order stop being on doordash. I'm disgusted by this service and attitude.
