While the online ordering service is efficient, customers should be aware that the restaurant may add mozzarella cheese to the pizza even if it's not requested, which can be an issue for those with dietary restrictions. The place has lots of character but could use a fresh coat of paint. There is a picnic table on the sidewalk in front, though there is nowhere to leave garbage by the table, requiring customers to go back inside or walk half a block to the nearest city bins. Overall, Pizzaiolo is a solid pizza joint that caters well, even for large orders, and supports Canadian businesses.
