This place has fallen hard. First they told me they didn't have honey jalapeno pizza, but it's literally on the menu...then they make it completely wrong. No honey, the cheese was weird too. Won't be ordering here again.

Always loved ordering here but this experience left me hating this place. I ordered through uber eats this time , but after placing the order I cancelled because it was taking long. I got charged for cancelling so I immediately placed the order again hoping not to get charged. But I got charged twice still. And on top of that I paid both times for priority since my kids couldnt wait , but the food got here so late that my kids didnt even eat it. So overall this time my experience was horrible. I wont be ordering from here or uber eats ever again as I got ripped off
EDIT: I got a call from your manager and she said she cant issue a refund. So clearly you guys ripped me off
HUGE, super yummy doughy goodness! Solid pie, I like this franchise their vegan pizza is flavorful, not overly cheesy nor greasy and a knock out franchise pizza joint on the east coast. Being gluten free is no disadvantage, their gluten free dough and crust excels at kicking butt with maximum flavor and good texture, thoroughly enjoyed this and the store catered a large order for our event with zero flaws. Support Canadian businesses!

Awful. Gave it a chance after 7 years of boycotting this place since it wasn't good back then. Some how, it tastes worse now. I ordered a slice, all dough, tasted burned, they put it in the oven, but still was only room temp. Gave it a second chance, but I won't be giving it a third. Much better places than this chain in the city.

Yesterday I placed an order during the hours of operation, and my food was supposed to be ready within 20-30 min time frame, but when I went to pick up the food the store was closed. If you are not willing to make the customers food then you might as well, close your platform for food ordering.
