Used to be great service. Last two times I called to order from the Bloor W. location, over 30 minutes before the posted closing time (which is far too early in general), was declined delivery with a lot of excuses, but no service. I am unhappily forced to spend my money elsewhere. This store now seems to have enough money already, and has become overly- comfortable at turning away business from regular customers.

Very kind staff, nice place in streets ville and offered accommodating option of Hala pepperoni. Nice place for teenagers to hang inside.

Pizza here is good but they have an old flyer out on the counter with pricing that they refuse to honour now saying it’s an outdated flyer.
They don’t have their pizza prices listed anywhere in the store except for that flyer but won’t honour the prices listed on it.
Go to a different Pizzaiolo, you’ll pay the same price for the same good pizza and probably get better service.

Got some serious food poisoning from this restaurant yesterday. Still very sick, might go to the hospital. Didn't eat anything else yesterday or today. I can't drink a sip of water now without dry heaving.
Pizza was disgusting. Ate half before I turned up my kitchen light and realized artichokes were a blue / green color. Called in asking for a refund. They would only give me a credit for my next order.

Went in today for a slice of pizza while on the go. The staff member serving me was very pleasant. I told him I was going to eat the pizza in my car and he cut my slice into smaller pieces so it was easier for me to eat while driving. So thoughtful :)

Forgot to include the dip, the pizza was cut extremely uneven, there was a hair in it, and it was cold. I called to say they forgot the dip and the person on the phone told me that he said I could take anything from the fridge. He did not say that, and either way my order specified I wanted the creamy garlic sauce. Horrible experience. Nothing worse than looking forward to Pizza only to get something cold and disappointing.
