Everytime we go here we remember the customer service is terrible. Not from the staff but from the owner. She's always yelling at the staff while you eat. Any disputes over the food and she'll argue with you about why they can't or won't agree with your concern.The food is good at times but if you dare to say the food isn't right well too bad go somewhere else.When they give your plate to the wrong table they take it to the kitchen and bring it to you immediately so you think it's a new one. Well it isn't. This is against every restaurant's policy. But cheap is cheap. Even though the prices are not cheap for what you get.You're better off doing take out or just going somewhere else because God forbid they got your order wrong.

I ordered through uber eats. Food came cold, order was wrong, and the quality of the food was very poor. Stake pizza, smelly beef. The burger bun was stale and it was a very bad rubbery texture meat as if it had been defrosted.Weird thing is, when I ate in person two months ago, the food was amazing. Not sure what happened this time.Also, they forgot to put pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza!!Absolutely horrible. Food went into the compost mostly. I hope they become as good as they were in March.

Mashallah everyone is really nice over there the workers and the nice old lady at the cash. The food I ordered was very top tier, sadly dine in wasn’t available me and my other friends weren’t much satisfied but with the meat lovers pizza we bought I liked how they put the ground beef under the cheese, it felt like a kinder surprise which I would like to say if you mix medium sauce with honey garlic your going to get the best duo ever for your wings.

Can’t describe how dissatisfied I am with this place, food was terrible and way too over priced, the beef bacon poutine was like store bought fries, gravy shredded cheese and cut up hot dogs, had to throw it out was absolutely terrible. Ordered meat lovers pizza and wings which were just okay nothing special definitely not worth the prices they’re charging. The workers there seemed miserable as if they just wanted us to order and get out, very terrible customer service skills, and terrible food don’t recommend at all.

Came in with my kids and greeted the gentleman and lady at the counter just to be rudely asked 'have u ordered? Or u trying to order now?'. I told them i wanna order right now, they handed me a menu and told me 'come back when u know what u want and we'll place the order for u'. I dont understand they werent even busy, i just felt like walking out and going somewhere else but just decided to get my hungry kids some food. I ordered the meat lovers pizza which only came with two toppings( its a meat lovers not 'two meat topping pizza'), it was actually just ok but definitely not worth $22+ tax.The picture is of a BEEF BACON POUTINE, seems like they gave us a poutine with CUT UP HOTDOGS. So dissappointed, almost ALL halal hotdogs are CHICKEN as it is. False advertising at its best.Save ur time, money and self respect and go to Pizza Pros, a lot better customer service, food and prices!

Son wanted Pizza for lunch while out so we stopped by here not knowing what time expect. Mind Blown from the crust to the sauce to the cheese everything was spot on! We all loved it including the 1.5year. Lady at the counter was helpful to offering tissues and plates. Next time we're definitely doing a dine in here loved the experience will for sure come back again

Walked in for take out. The interior is beautiful. Well lit and spacious. The wait time for a panzerotti was surprisingly fast. It was excellent and well priced. I just wish it were a little heartier.

I never thought I’d have to leave a negative review for what was once of my absolute favourite restaurants. Today I visited the Mississauga’ location (after 15+ years of being a frequent customer at their Scarborough location). I made my order on the phone for takeout, as my newborn was sleeping in the car at the time. As we reached the restaurant, we came inside to dine in as she had waken up, not realizing this would be SUCH a problem? The hostess/cashier informed us we couldn’t actually dine in, once I told her we had already ordered on the phone. We informed her we didn’t realize we could dine in at the time we had placed the order, and if we could just pay for the food and sit inside (mind you the restaurant was EMPTY). She reiterated many times she couldn’t let that happen. One of her reasonings was that they spend time and money on parchment paper and to go packaging (plastic bag, container) and I said np well pay extra for that. Again, she couldn’t let that happen. I told her how disappointed I was, considering how frequent of a customer I was & that I would not be taking my order with such horrible service they provided in that moment. Although they’ve spent money on packaging, they seemed to be okay throwing away food?! What a shame and absolute waste. They’ve always had an unprofessional demeanour but this was the first time I’ve experienced it in such a way. Not to mention I had a newborn with me, and they couldn’t seem to make an “exception”. Your “policy” needs reevaluating, considering you our employees at the original location absolutely DO NOT follow through with this. I will never be revisiting again.

It was completely empty when we came in the middle of the day. The food came in huge portions and tasted very fresh. We got the seafood panzerotti and the cheese turkish pide (which again was huge, the entire family ate quite a bit of it). The cheese garlic bread was also very soft and fresh. Highly recommend this place!
First time at Mississauga location. We were pleasantly greeted, we had several questions about menu items and they were responded to and helped with our decisions. Atmosphere was great. Looking forward to visiting there again! Highly recommended!

I work nearby and enjoy coming to Pizzaland for lunch time. Food is good, most of the staff is friendly, however the elderly woman at the front is quite harsh with her words. Luckily, I have a very bold mother so I can deal with this lady's boldness, however I can see how other customers may deter from dining here.

Was our first time here as we were looking for a dine-in restaurant for halal pizza. We ordered an XL meat lovers pizza, chicken pizza and 30 wings. Loved the ambience and food was served fast. We were also surprised at the size of the pizza, it was huge. Chicken wings were really crispy too! It was also a nice change to finally have hot pipping pizza served as we are so used to mediocre and cold pizza by the time we reach home with the take out. Would definitely return again in the future.

I have been going this place with my children for many years and today I had Tim’s coffee with me when I ordered my pizza for my family they refused for me to complete my coffee and asked if leave my coffee at the front door. Meanwhile we ordered and my family already starting eating so can’t leaving my children. I spend money there no appreciation for their royal customers. They should have make an exception sometime depending on the situation you need to be flexible.
