I ordered a Whole wheat pizza by mistake. Called customer service who got it changed to a regular pickup. Then they sent me the Whole wheat pizza? Someone is not paying attention. I won't be calling them any time soon.

Dropped by for 2 slices of vegetarian pizzas. It costed only $10ish in total. I didn't know that the price is this good here. The place is clean and bigger than it looks from outside.

First time I have ordered from Pizzaville and everything was delicious. The website was easy to use, delivery to my apt door within the estimated time, and by a nice/friendly person. The order was more than enough for two people but I enjoy having leftover pizza for breakfast.I had stopped ordering pizza after so many disappointing experiences from a different pizza chain at Danforth/Woodmount. Pizzaville has me already looking forward to my next order and has put an end to my grocery store frozen pizza.I would also like to visit this Queen St. location as it used to be the movie theater I frequented as a child/teen in the 60s.Why did I choose Pizzaville? My partner came home with delicious leftover work pizza last week. His company had ordered from Pizzaville Milliken Crossing on Steeles.

Same as others, I wish I could give 0 stars. Wish I trusted the other reviews before ordering from this location. 2 hours after ordering from this location and 4 calls to customer support and no pizza. End result, and only thing support could do, a refund because even they couldn't get proper info from the owner. Owner just kept telling them, 5 minutes and it will arrive.
