I ordered a pizza an hour in advance, and it arrived two hours and 40 minutes later. That wasn't the problem. The problem was that it arrived completely cold because the delivery guy didn't bring it in the bag used to keep the food warm. I called customer service at Li verty Village, and the manager wasn't helpful. He said there were no Liverty Villegas phones, number that it was the same phone he answers at different locations, Then he changed his story and told me that no matter what location I called, he would always answer because all the calls went to that number, when before he told me that it wasn't that phone number. and he was very rude and unprofessional. He told me he couldn't do anything for me.!!

Disgusting food. I ordered 2 panzerotties with 2 extra toppings each. I received burnt inedible salty empty bread. No sauce, no cheese, 3 pieces of jalapeno, 1 piece of sopresota, dry and empty, and forgot the dipping sauce too, baked instead of fried. Look at this sad piece of bread I paid 23$ for. I unfortunately looked at the doordash reviews after. They should shut this location down for deceiving people.

Pizza had flies on it when I went in for a slice and it was dried out. The “chicken” on the pizza looked like skinny pieces of bread. Not sure what it was but it wasn’t chicken. Disgusting.

Me and my team were working an overnight inventory shift at our store. Boss ordered us a pizza to share- we requested ham and pineapple. The pizza came with only ham, not a single piece of pineapple- and a bunch of bare spots that didn't even have cheese! They also subbed cheddar habanero dip for 3 of the 4 garlic dips ordered. If they were out of either pineapple or garlic dips why didn't they CALL to ask us what we wanted as a replacement? Ridiculous. They must be working drunk or something because this is completely unacceptable. Don't take your business here, they're running a shitshow apparently.

Absolutely best pizza I've had. Prices were so cheap. Two slices, two sauces, and two alcoholic drinks only 20$ wow. Never seen such cheap prices. Definitely come here. Me and my girlfriend loved it ❤️

Ordered two pizzas and two panzerottis from this location on January 2nd. The two pizzas were fine but they were both thrown into one party pizza box overlapping each other instead of individually boxed. The panzerottis were barely filled with toppings. Neither had tomato sauce and barely any cheese with only 2-3 pepperonis. I knew something was up when I took a few bites and only tasted bread. I opened them both up and took photos to show how stingy they are. Do not recommend if this is the quality they want to give their customers.

Have been consistently ordered mozzarella based baked pizzas and it has been always fresh with generous amount. This is the place showing integrity and excellency of service even to small orders. Therefore highly recommend this place!!!! Hidden gem for sure!!!!

This is the fanciest pizza place I've ever been for a common low cost pizza. Whoever owns this place loves to decorate with high end furnishings and create the most inviting vibe. I have always enjoyed my lunch more eating in. You guys rock!
