Served a raw, cold $25 pizza. Wouldn’t refund me, only credit. Tried to use the credit, and was only given a $7.50 Credit! Was told entire amount would be credited. Stated they don’t credit delivery fee - after credit was issued and I was told full amount would be credited. Don’t order - you’ll get sick. Plus, they don’t care about their product quality or customers’ satisfaction.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I was a customer for this location for around 25 years and they will never get another order from me. Ever since ownership changed deliveries are slower, (more than 1.5 hrs once) quality is garbage, I walked in and the person told me he wouldn’t make me a panzerotti because he was too busy. This place went from the best kept secret pizza place in Toronto to the lowest on the scale. I will never give them another penny as long as I live. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We walked in. Stood there for almost 15 minutes before someone noticed we were there and came to the counter. He said sorry it's my first day. We ordered 2 pizza slices, he put it in the oven for about a minute and handed it to us almost dropping it. We ask for napkins and he looks at the empty napkin holder staring at it for a moment then says hold on and went to get more napkins. We then sat down to eat our cold pizza. Maybe 2 minutes later the delivery driver walks in and the guy behind the counter asks the delivery driver to pick him up some beer. His exact words "Just go to Glendonwynne Rd and Bloor, there's an lcbo right there. Get me 5 cans of Schnitzel Vienna lager". As soon as the delivery driver left, he ran out to his car and started eating something. Very poor customer service. He was too busy thinking about getting his beer than worried about the customers.

Don't like this pizza or this location not good experience at all. Dirty environment burnt pizza. All the 5 star reviews are due to a promotion where you get a free drink with a review. Worst pizza ever. Trust me
