Pizzeria da Mario Kensington

Got the salami pizza..... terrible. little tomato sauce that had barely any flavor. Probably the worst tasting pizza I have personally ever had. Service was great though, but wasn't there for the service. unfortunately, will never return.

I’ve been a regular at Pizzeria da Mario for a while, and it’s usually my go-to spot for a quick, decent pizza. The service is fast, and the pizza is reliably good. However, today was a big letdown. I had friends over and ordered through Uber Eats during their “buy one, get one free” promo. I ordered a Margherita to get the free pizza, plus a veggie pizza to go with it.

Unfortunately, only two Margheritas arrived, and the veggie pizza was missing. We checked the order and saw that it had been placed under a different name, so I immediately called the delivery driver. However, he said there was nothing he could do. This was incredibly frustrating, especially when we were counting on that extra pizza.

While I’ve had good experiences in the past, this mix-up left me disappointed. I’m not sure I’ll order again anytime soon if this kind of service continues.

Loved those thick crests pizza with tomato sauce based. We ordered 2 different kind of flavour of 16" size, and they all tasted great! Service was fast and friendly. Definitely will come by again!

I ordered a pie thru Uber eats at 4:47. Arrived at 6:10 stone cold. Will never use Uber eats again. The pie was delicious!

Although the pizza was good and reasonably priced, the guy was very miserable. We were eating on the patio outside and 1 of the 5 of us had a taco from another restaurant and the guy came out and started yelling at us to leave because no food from other restaurants. We were the only people there and we all had pizza from his restaurant except the one person, but his yelling at us ruined what otherwise would of been a nice meal.

Great place when you’re starving at midnight! It’s very casual though. Don’t expect restaurant service. They’re open late, the pizza is good is served quickly. Pizzas are large and reasonably priced. You can also get a slice if you don’t want whole pizza.

We tried Pizza de Mario and Pepperoni. Both very good, a little salty though.

I paid 20 dollars for the small margarita pizza which was 15 plus tax on top of that I gave 15 percent tip but that counter guy gave me 5 cent back🤣even that store was empty not too much work pressure as well. I understand this industry but this kind of service is really bad.

I was like are you serious if you need you can keep all but giving 5 cent back is like scrap. Service is not good but thanks that was my first and last time here.My rating is based upon my experience may be it can be good for others.

The pizza is good- a bit pricey though. Service is really poor. The man who handed me the pizza this afternoon was not friendly at all,as if I hadn't already paid for the pizzas. If you have poor customer service skills, then don't work in food service!

The takeaway slices are salty (in a good way), there's some stringiness to the cheese and the dough is pleasantly chewy especially for thin crust. Several steps above what you'll get from the chain pizza spots at ~$5 a slice.

Ordered a red base chicken pizza absolutely loved it. The server kamal was real nice understand our order and made it quickly and fast

One of the best pizzerias in the city. The Mille funghi and the Diavolo are my favorites. 10/10 would recommend. The staff is very kind as well.
