Pizzeria Libretto - Ossington

As an italian, I ate a pizza and it was really good! The ambient was relaxing and quiet. I recommend it!

The pizza was all right. It's on a pricy side at 20-25$ per individual side pizza, but nothing special taste wise. The dough was a bit soggy in the center and a bit burnt around the edges.

Kale salad & Pizzas are delicious. Enjoy the food very much + overall experience!! Thanks to our helpful & nice looking server

Fantastic Neapolitan pizza. Everything was done right, classic recipes and quick friendly service.

Excellent food, as always. We were seated at a table near the front door and the hostess allowed those waiting to crowd the table area- not cool. I kept getting hit with purses, scarves and at least one guy's butt. That's a shortcoming by restaurant staff, to ruin my experience in order to accommodate the next customer. Other than that, dinner was good.

Terrible and amateurish. We ordered 25 minutes away and when we arrived pizza is another 20 minutes, same time as people walking in? If you can’t do orders because you overwhelmed stop taking online orders temporarily. Can’t believe they have been in business for so long. Go elsewhere. Toronto has other pizza places. I know we will never come back.

Please teach your staff to not make up their hair and long ponytail in front of people having luch (throwing her shedding hair on the floor) and then serving pizza without even thinking of washing their hands.

I used to go to a different libretto all the time until the quality went down a few years ago. Decided to try it out again (at this location instead) and I forgot how good it is!!! Libretto has one of my fav Margherita pizzas - their sauce is so sweet and the crust is amazing.

For a restaurant that’s expanded to so many locations, they’ve managed to do a really great job at maintaining the quality of food, staff and atmosphere!
