We ordered two pizzas, which took a long time to come. Brought only one, then 15 minutes later brought second. For two pizzas, no excuses for both not to come at the same time.... They did eventually corrected it and the manager was nice and didn't charge for the pizzas. We were happy for that, but it does ruin the experience. We'll probably just order out next time
Libretto Ossington is the first one in Toronto. Very reliably delicious Italian food and pizza, reasonably priced. Amazing snacks deals at happy hour from 2 pm to 6 pm.
What a fantastic lunch. The quality of the food and service was fantastic. Both the pasta and pizza was wonderful.
Not too bad but disappointing overall. We were only 2 and they didn't manage to bring the 2 pizzas at the same time. Pizzas were a bit soggy as well. I won't be back.
Never in my life had such a soggy pizza, pepperoni tasted funny and the sauce was tasteless. Sorry guys but it’s just pizza!!
Unfortunately I can’t give 10 stars for the amazing service and experience we’ve had with Sara. The first time her kindness blew us away so we came back and same - she’s absolutely wonderful. Every restaurant should have someone like her - even for a family who ordered a pizza to go she made sure to sit them at a table and offer them something to drink. Her timing is perfect - she checks on you exactly when you need it - super knowledgeable about all the food since she’s Italian too. You’re lucky to have her she deserves everything!! The food was good too - but the experience made everything better
Great pizza, starters and drinks. We will definitely come back to try more.

4.5 stars. Decently tasty pizzas, about what you’d expect, but I found it to be slightly too salty for my taste. Food was served relatively quickly. We sat in a booth and seating was comfy and spacious.

The pizza, as always, was delicious. We were disappointed and surprised that there were ONLY 8 calamari on the plate. This has always been our go-to appetizer, but there were always double the calamari on the plate. They looked lost on the plate. And even though there were only 8 calamari on the plate, the server somehow managed to spill some on the table. Next time we'll stick with the pizza only.
Excellent foods and good customer service

Decent pizza! I tried the nduja sausage pizza and the rigatoni bolognese. They were both good; I liked the crust on the pizza and the bolognese tastes like every other one. The portion size was decent, the restaurant seemed pretty vegetarian friendly, and the seating near the front had great lighting.

Everything was absolutely delicious — it truly felt like being back in Italy!
A cozy place with real Italian soul. Highly recommend!
Pizza was great, I'm gluten free, so was positively surprised by the options and knowledge of staff to accommodate me. A bit on the pricier side considering what you get on the pizza, the uncharges for burrata (which is not even buffalo mozzarella any more) seemed frothy at $9. Ok for an occasional indulgence but wouldn't do that too often. Service was lovely, ambiance nice. Place is a bit loud but we went during Ossfest so may have been due to that. Would go back!
7 years have gone by since I've trekked down Ossington to my once favorite pizza place. I was curious to see if anything had changed on the menu, with the quality, or the service. It's no surprise, Libretto is as excellent as it always has been.
For all intents and purposes, I flew across the country to get my beloved Duck Confit Pizza and was incredibly satisfied to get the last one. It's a one of a kind pizza, found hardly anywhere else. My wife and I started with gnocchi - while good, Libretto should be reserved for pizza alone.
Service was good. Our server left us with a bottle of signature hot oil to take home. It was an exceptional experience, and I'm happy to see Libretto is still kicking and as good as ever.
I'll be back for the Duck whenever I'm in town.
