Pizzeria Libretto - Danforth

Incredible service. We were waited on immediately. Drinks, apps and dinner were quick and delicious. Lots of families but noise level was low. Loved it!

You can always count on Libretto for the best pizza! We had a great experience bringing a baby and a toddler for an early dinner. Lots of families in the restaurant and our 3 year old loved her cheese pizza and gelato. Prompt service meant we were in and out in an hour and home in time for bedtime. We'll be back soon!

Unfortunately the quality has gone down so much!

Ordered a gluten free pizza and told the server it was an allergy. Had a horrible reaction not even an hour later. Do NOT recommend for people with celiac disease/gluten intolerance.

Food was great but atmosphere and staff were top notch. Attentive but not overbearing and got our food out fast. We also appreciate the staff still bringing us out water while we hung around for half an hour after we paid our tab. Will come here again.

Pizzeria Libretto is one of our favourite pizza spots and we generally love eating there. On this particular occasion, we arrived really early and waited for the rest of our party to arrive at the bar - the service was excellent there. When our party arrived at 7:00, we were seated and suddenly the restaurant filled up and the service went down because there were only two servers serving the rush. We got menus but waited a while for someone to take other guests drinks. When the server came we ordered everything - drinks, appetizers and mains in fear we'd have to wait a long time before someone came to take our food order. The appetizers and drinks came together and they cleared our table when we were done but it was a bit of a wait for the pizza - the server came by to tell us there was a backup of orders but our pizzas were coming. Eventually everything came and we ate. The restaurant cleared out within an hour and a half and it was near empty again. On the app, the reservation times are staggered but it seemed like everyone came in at 7:00, could not the reservations be staggered so people don't have to wait for service and food?

We had a great birthday lunch for a close friend and it Couldn't have been more lovely. Food was great, server was attentive, but not cloying. Food and drink delivery were timely. A good time was had by all and we enjoyed the tiramisu birthday cake very much! Until the next time, Thank-you!😊

It was my wife's retirement lunch and I made sure to mention it in the reservation system. No one acknowledged this upon our lunch. The manager on duty was a nice guy and the waiter was a nice guy but there was nothing like “how are you enjoying your lunch” or “can I get you another drink. I was disappointed overall.

Came here on a Wednesday evening for dinner. We ordered their calamari, Homemade sausage pizza and virgin pineapple iced tea. The calamari was overcooked - it was very chewy and the batter separated from the calamari itself. We've had better tasting calamari from other places.

The homemade sausage pizza was underwhelming - the crust was a little undercooked and chewy where it was hard to even cut it with a knife. We expected the crust to be a bit more crispy and the pizza overall to be more flavourful. Flavour was just average, nothing special about it.

The Virgin pineapple iced tea tasted just okay as well. Could barely taste the pineapple flavour.

Overall, we expected more for the price we paid - more flavour and better taste.

Will probably take a while to come back here again.
