Pizzeria Libretto is one of our favourite pizza spots and we generally love eating there. On this particular occasion, we arrived really early and waited for the rest of our party to arrive at the bar - the service was excellent there. When our party arrived at 7:00, we were seated and suddenly the restaurant filled up and the service went down because there were only two servers serving the rush. We had a great birthday lunch for a close friend and it Couldn't have been more lovely. Food was great, server was attentive, but not cloying. Food and drink delivery were timely. A good time was had by all and we enjoyed the tiramisu birthday cake very much! Until the next time, Thank-you!😊
It was my wife's retirement lunch and I made sure to mention it in the reservation system. No one acknowledged this upon our lunch. The manager on duty was a nice guy and the waiter was a nice guy but there was nothing like “how are you enjoying your lunch” or “can I get you another drink. I was disappointed overall.
