My daughter and I were sick the last time I ate food from this restaurant. I sent the manager an email the next day and they responded 5 days later that they checked with all the other guests from that evening and everyone was fine. Yah right! They called all the guests or was it that I was the only one who actually said something. Regardless if anyone really cares about their customers, you do a little more than tell them they must have been mistaken. Too bad as I was a loyal customer for many years. Don’t recommend.

Worst location of them all. Charged me extra for sauces they didn't even include in my order!!! Tacos weren't cooked fully! It was messy and just a huge disappointment. And they barely put any meat in it. Waste of money. I've also dined in here before, it's cramped and servers are unpleasant.
PLEASE REOPEN THE ST CLAIR LOCATION THATS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT AND FRESH

Our daughter took us to cabana whilst we were visiting from France.
The braised beef tacos are divine probably the best I've ever eaten and the home made tortilla chips and dips are epic.
Definitely worth a visit

This is a wonderful little place (I mean it literally) that gives you a punch with its amazing, authentic Mexican flavours. I strongly suggest reservations as this place is small and sitting is limited. Start with homemade guacamole and chips, then follow it with a salad, afterwards, tacoss or, burritos, or enchiladas, and end with churros. All the food is seasoned and cooked to perfection.

The Pollo Tinga Tacos Are an Absolute Must-Order!
I recently stopped by and, on a whim, ordered the Pollo Tinga Tacos, and I am still thinking about them days later. These aren't your average street tacos—they are a masterclass in texture and flavor balance.
First off, the presentation is mouthwatering. They arrive on a classic metal tray, three generous portions lined up and bursting with color. The first thing you notice is the shell—it looks like a perfectly fried, crispy corn tortilla that holds its shape without shattering into a million pieces on the first bite. It had that satisfying crunch that you always hope for but rarely get.
But the star of the show is the filling. The pollo tinga (shredded chicken) was incredibly juicy and tender, clearly slow-cooked until it fell apart. It had that signature smoky, slightly spicy kick from the chipotle sauce that warms you up without overwhelming your palate.
The toppings were fresh and bright, cutting right through the richness of the meat:
Fresh Pico: The diced tomatoes and red onion added a perfect cool crunch.
Cotija Cheese: A generous crumbling of salty, snowy white cheese tied everything together.
Cream & Cilantro: A drizzle of crema and fresh herbs added the final creamy, earthy finish.
I squeezed a bit of the fresh lime over the top, and the acidity just made all those savory flavors pop even more. If you're looking for comfort food that feels fresh and vibrant, do yourself a favor and order these immediately.
Highly recommended!

OMG! Delicious and super cool atmosphere! If you're looking for cozy authentic, this is the place!! We came for our work Holiday Lunch and it was perfection – you HAVE to try their Chips & Guac, sip on a margarita and then enjoy a mouthwatering assortments of tacos and burritos. If 10 stars was possible, we'd give you 11+.

We stopped by this hidden gem last week while visiting Toronto, and it was the perfect spot for a delicious meal within walking distance of my daughter's place in the Annex area. Be aware that parking might be a challenge, but it's well worth the effort. The restaurant itself is cozy and intimate, with an authentic latin ambiance that sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience.
We each ordered something different - my daughter raved about the chicken tostadas, my sister-in-law loved the fish tacos, and I devoured the chicken tacos. The flavors were incredible, and every bite was absolute perfection. We were all drooling over our meals! To top it off, we ended with espresso coffee and churros, which were truly to die for.
The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure our every need was met. Overall, we had an amazing experience and can't wait to go back. If you're looking for a genuine Latin dining experience, look no further - this place is a must-visit!
