Fruit Bar
This is our take on a date square and it's delicious. We use a variety of dried fruit, citrus zest, butter, and lots of love. Ingredients: flour, rolled oats, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, butter, brown sugar, dates, prunes, apricot, raisin, and cranberry.
Housemade Granola (1 bag, 4+servings)
Our granola is deeply toasted with brown sugar and maple. Good in a bowl with your favorite milk or yogurt. Ingredients rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, brown sugar, maple syrup, raisins, craisins, vegetable oil, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
Morning Glory Muffin
Packed with carrots and apples, and topped with the most delightful, crunchy combination of nuts, seeds, and spices. Ingredients butter, flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, water, oil, honey, carrot, apple, eggs, vanilla, coconut, raisins, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Overnight Oats with Apple & Sweet Spices
A light, yet fuelling breakfast staple. We switch up the topping to include the seasons' best fruits, but the base is a reliable, delicious oat and chia seed confection. Topped with apple and cinnamon this fall.

This is a cafe plenty staple. Kale with roasted sweet potato, lentil, dried cranberry, and toasted pumpkin seed tossed in our agave vinaigrette. The dressing is available for sale in our pantry section.
Greek Orzo Salad (32 oz, Generous Portion)
Opa. We're bringing a taste of Greece to your workday. While you'll still find your classic ingredients like cucumber, feta, olives, tomatoes, and red pepper, this isn't your Yaya's salad (no offense to wonderful Yaya's). Served on a hearty bed of spinach and orzo, we've spiced it up with sundried tomatoes, mint, parsley, zaatar, parmesan, and our zesty dijon vinaigrette.
Chickpea and Couscous Salad (32 oz, Generous Portion, Vegan)
Hearty and perfectly spiced. Chickpeas, couscous, roasted sweet potato, red pepper, and cilantro, with our harissa honey vinaigrette on the side. This salad dressing is available in our pantry. Will keep it in the fridge for a couple of days.

The staff is really friendly and I had a really nice time there, since I arrived in Toronto, I’ve been trying to different coffee shops and I loved this one, if you request they give your coffee in a mug. They had 2 different cookies samples to try and a lot of different delicious pastry, I tried 3 and I loved it.

I’ve tried a number of the prepared foods on offer here including the salads, frozen soups, baked goods, frozen lasagnas, roasted chickpeas, etc. Everything is really delicious with great flavours and I can easily say this shop offers the best tasting fresh prepared-to-heat meals in the area.I’m happy to see this shop has gotten busier overtime since I moved into the neighbourhood.
