It's a little tough to find due to no signs out on the main building. Though it is nestled in a food court competing dozens of other food establishments. The customer service was efficient and helpful. The food was prepared fresh and well worth the time finding the place and waiting for my order.

On the afternoon of January 2, 25, the Indian female employee of Popeyes had a very bad attitude. Today, I went to pack Thursday's 3-piece chicken meal. I packed 2 servings, one spicy and one non-spicy. I opened the spicy chicken wing and ate a piece. The meat was a bit smelly and not fresh. I immediately told the female employee, but she said the chicken wing meat was good. She kept arguing that you personally felt there was a problem and refused to replace it with a new one. I was a little angry. I said that there was obviously a problem, so why didn't you replace it with a new one? I was really speechless. She also said that if you want to complain, you can call the customer service and you can handle it yourself. Anyway, I will never go to this store again. This attitude is the first time I have encountered today. The catering service attitude and food quality are not up to standard. There is no improvement in responding to customer complaints. It's terrible👎🏻

On Google, It says the Mccaul street store is open till 11 pm on Sundays.

Even worse, the Popeyes Mobile app allowed me to place the order at 7:30 pm and accepted my $. When I showed up there at the store after 5 minutes it was closed. On Sundays apparently they close at 5.

The Mobile App support fails to register a complaint as it gives an error.

Hours are incorrect, I ordered online and payment went through. Went to pick up and they were already closed. Very disappointed considering this was to be my dinner. Hours should be updated and the website should coincide with it.

The chicken was ok. The sauce was a bit too sweet. The BBQ chicken was surprisingly too spicy and my kids couldn't eat it.

I ordered my food through UberEats to be picked up at this Popeyes location. Estimated time it would be ready was 8:09pm. I go to the location and the girl there (who was mopping and did not care) says they never received it. Then why is it say “Preparing”?

She tells me to contact UberEats as they refuse to make my food and cannot give me a refund. Meanwhile, I’m talking to UberEats support and all the agents say they cannot give me a refund since the order is still “being prepared.”

It is 8:32pm and the store is closed. No sign of my food, and my money was literally stolen.

Worst popeye location, visited 7:50 pm told me they are closing in 5 minutes, despite google says closing at 11:00. And only could serve sandwiches and mashed potatoes. If you are closing at 8:00 pm, could you change your opening hours on google or no one knows how to read time in this location?
