Grab some dinner there tonight. There was a slight wait for the food because it had to be prepared and Kiran (the person who served me) was absolutely amazing with her service and apology for the delay (3 mins no big deal). But in world we live where service is often lacking it was so nice to get such great service. Keep up the good work Kiran.

I placed an order on the Popeyes app on July 20 at 5:20 PM under Order #920, but accidentally sent it to the wrong location (Dufferin) instead of the location I actually went to (Overlea). I didn’t get the food at either place and immediately contacted Popeyes support for a refund.

It’s now been days with no response to my emails, even though I paid and received nothing. I’ve tried multiple ways to reach out and have been ignored completely.

It’s extremely frustrating when a big brand takes your money and goes silent. I expected better from Popeyes. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll have no choice but to file a credit card dispute and report this to the Better Business Bureau.

Do better, Popeyes. People deserve better customer service than this.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Popeyes and have bought the family combo over 10 times, usually to share and eat over two days. However, yesterday I had a terrible experience. Some pieces of the chicken were clearly spoiled — they smelled and tasted rotten.

I called the restaurant to report the issue and understand what might have happened, but the woman who answered was extremely rude. Instead of offering help, she told me that they don’t guarantee the chicken after it’s sold, and then hung up on me.

This is very disappointing and unacceptable from a place I’ve trusted for so long. I won’t be returning after this experience.
