I had such a great time at this Popeyes! The chicken was hot, crispy, and just what I was craving. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome, and everything was ready quickly. The restaurant was really clean too, which was nice. Definitely coming back for more!

Female employee gave me attitude for modifying my order when I forgot to add fries to my order, even though it took her 5 seconds to correct my order.
Food is fairly fresh from this location and the other staff have treated me well in the past, but if this treatment continues I will reconsider eating here.

I used to like coming here but lately it’s been abit annoying. The staff are great but I’m just disappointed when I order a large combo with fries and gravy as a side and the gravy is half full. I even asked if they had any and if not I would change my order. I know it’s just gravy but it the best part, aside from the chicken. Mind you it was 12:00am when I went by but it’s also a Saturday downtown which get busy. I would give a 3 star but left a 4 so there ratings won’t suffer.

Popeyes never disappoints!. The chicken is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of spice. The biscuits are a must try fluffy and buttery. I also love the variety of sides; the cajun fries and mashed potatoes. Service is typically friendly, making for an enjoyable experience every time. Highly recommend for anyone craving some delicious fried chicken!.

Staff was actually pretty slow, but the food was fine. The lady at the counter was reluctant in giving me more hot sauce packets. The worse part is the washrooms, though. The male washrooms were tainted with graffiti, cramped, and really dirty. Avoid washrooms at all costs in this location!
The staff at the Spadina and College location are very courteous. Our family always comes to this restaurant during our annual holiday.

I had a terrible experience with the manager at Popeyes, 267 College St, Toronto. He hired me, promising pay after three days of unpaid training but gave no written confirmation. After 25 hours of work, I was denied payment. The manager was extremely rude, using harsh language and demanding more unpaid shifts, including nights, with no guarantee of compensation.I also asked to pay me half of the basic pay but he totally denied and told me when only I think you are 100% accurate then only I will hire you , though he didn't discussed anything about future payment.His unprofessional and exploitative behavior is unacceptable. Be warned before considering working here.
