I visit most nights after I finish work. Manbeer working night shift always has the best customer service! Very friendly and knows how to keep the workflow running smoothly. He takes orders, fries the chicken, then packs it like a machine. Give him a raise!

Avoid this place at all cost. Staff are never friendly, the place is always a dump and you have a one and 20 chance of getting fresh food. There wasn’t a single clean table in the restaurant tonight. It’s unfortunate because I know that is not the standard of Popeyes. It is just this store. Maybe close the restaurant to the public and only serve on Uber because that seems to be the only thing they care about.
If you can, go to the Yonge and St. Clair location instead. Food and service is always so much better and they actually change the garbage.

Very clean bathrooms and dining area is very neat. This popeyes location have one of the best customer service I’ve seen. Love the fresh food and environment.
Not the greatest if you come here have to wait like 30 minutes for 4 pieces chicken. They do tell you going be late but the more time waiting is like 20 min or 15 min and they get the order wrong

Pick-up orders are never ready and even if you visit after 10-15 minutes of estimated pick-up time. Staff don't take seriously other channels than take-out and dine-in orders. They are not aware of the online tablets orders. Empty restaurant not even busy but still same behaviour. Poor staffing and bossiness ethics.
