Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Terrible service. Cashier look annoyed, handled cash at front and handled my food without gloves. Very unhygienic. Use general brown paper bag instead of popeye branded bag and a box. Taste is terrible, I picked at the chicken a bit and had to throw the rest away. Used to come to this Popeye all the time but today look like this popeye has fallen.

Ordered 3 piece of chicken last night plus fries. Have been in the toilet with diarrhoea ever since. Totally terrible.

It took 30 minutes to make a simple chicken sandwich because the staff said the cook was brand new and had no idea what he was doing, the chicken was also not cooked properly as it was pink. 🤮

Their chicken is always crispy on the outside and juicy inside, with the perfect seasoning. The Cajun fries is delicious experience. Service is good and friendly, If you love authentic Louisiana-style flavors, this is the best choice I feels

Hello Combo Junior Chicken sandviç Here, there is an accounting place where people who do not understand the job, who talk about prices as they please, and whose clothes are not clean, hands and feet are not clean. How do you eat? The oil hasn't been changed in maybe a year. Very bad oil smell and 3 times the price. Just a sandwich, some fries and a drink for $25.

Ordered a 10pc Tender Family meal for my family. Called ahead ...when I arrived the oder had not been made and the person who took the order was not working so they for some reason did not even have a record of the order,.
Tenders...barely cooked..still white...no flavour...chicken "juicy" was for salt water brine...
MAc n cheese...gloopy no cheese just flour and water...no one would eat it..went in the garbage
Biscuits were so hard you could not even cut them...they went to the garbage.
Coleslaw was great.

So basically for $35 we got coleslaw the rest went to the garbage...we ordered Pizza...

Not sure if all POPEYES are this terrible but dont order from here ...so gross

Th chicken tastes different and not fresh! Feels like they are trying to marinate the meat with something else and cover the weird taste of the meat. Pop and biscuit taste different too. They are not Popeyes.

This location is disgusting, I ordered chicken combo, they gave me two piece chicken raw and stinky. As if it was out for days. I ate a bit not knowing it was smelly until I spit out and realize it was raw and now I’m sick. The front cashier name is neha sharma and she handled the food. I’m beyond disgusted how employees don’t do their job right and give you food that can cause unsafe bacteria which can take you a trip to the hospital. I will be contacting the head office for this. BEWARE guys don’t eat here it’s not safe.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past two years.

After the recent change of management, the taste of the chicken is inconsistently bad, sometimes it’s way too salty and sometimes it’s too salty.

They have no chicken ready at 12 pm for the past few weeks.

I order combo 3 then I ask them to thigh 1 legs they want to charge me 1$ they gave me also 1 small thigh and 2 small legs I will not come back here and manager rude thank you for bones and small legs

It was probably by far the worst chicken ever!! It was tough, stringy, rubbery and a weird colour. My teenage son asked if this was “real” chicken. If chicken were a person this chicken would be Keith Richards! Had popeyes in the US and it was great. We threw all the chicken in the garbage. Fries were ok.
