Was waiting to use the washroom and waited a long time after being told that they leave the doors open for anyone to get in. There other washroom was out of service and had the cover part of the toilet removed and on the floor beside the toilet. The toilet itself was dirty with staines with others dry pee. Went to the front to ask if they can open the the other door and that no one seems to be inside. The front cash proceeds to tell me to use the other washroom (the out of service). I decline and ask if they can just open the other door with her reply was that they can't do anything and to use the disgusting pee stained coverless toilet.*Note* this employee may also have told another customer this, because while I was waiting another customer comes out of the 'out of service' washroom.

I've noticed to find a trend that all downtown Popeyes close their washrooms because they probably do not want to clean it. I believe it's a law that if the restaurant remains open for the dining room you have to have an operating washroom. It was full of guests. I couldn't wash my hands before I ate my meal so I refused to eat here I took my business elsewhere. Shame on Popeyes. This is the third occasion in downtown Toronto that the restroom mysterly seem to be closed

Firstly, it’s cold inside. Secondly one bathroom door is locked and the other has an “out of service “ sign and we were told we could use it. That it was out of order because the door did not lock. Well, the toilet had no seat, did not flush and there was clearly dried up barf in the sink.The pop is watered down and they messed up our order.I watched too as they dumped fries in a tray, not shaking any excess oil off or anything. Gross overall.Eating at these places is not good - I know that but every once in a blue moon I will. Not here ever again!

We ordered a 4 piece meal to go. Chicken was good. Onion rings were pretty sad looking. I'm surprised the staff served the rings. Nevertheless, the staff were friendly. The establishment was well lighted and clean. I would go back here again.
