I do NOT recommend going here.Ordered a 4 piece combo, 3 of the pieces were fine, but that other piece smelled RANCID. Like it was fried in oil that was horribly unclean (maybe not changed) or had some sort of vinegar. I don't know what was wrong about it, but I would never revisit this place again.

I ordered at this location at least 20 times in the past 6 months through Skip on behalf of my elderly mother. Their Skip the Dishes score went from 7.8/10 to 6.9/10 in just a week. It should drop to 6.8 some time today. The last time, my mom said the chicken was inedible because it was tooooooooo salty. I went to visit her and saw she had 4 or 5 two liter bottles of Coke unopened. She can't drink Coke because the caffeine makes it hard to fall asleep. It's why I only order 2L bottles of Mountain Dew, Fanta or Ginger ale. But regardless of what I ordered for her, they gave her a 2L Coke. I'm guessing this is a franchise and the owner was overstocked with Coke. Whenever they run out of onion rings, they gave her 4 biscuits without consulting me. Their Overlea store is just as bad. KFC should send Popeye's a thank you letter for all the business they got.

Manager took my order. Gave me order without burger. Called them, Manager says will give me a burger next time I come.. offers me refund if I come now... then refuses refund when I get there because it’s mobile order they why offer refund In first place. She made a genuine mistake is understandable but had the audacity to talk to me like I’m crazy.. was wild.Terrible experience, terrible service!! Never going to this location

Came here on a Monday night. Chicken was good, but everything else I had was stale and hard eg shrimp and biscuits, which is super disappointing. I wish my Popeye's experiences were more consistent.Also, it was really hot in that restaurant.

This store is being really poorly run. I feel sorry for the staff who work there because they seem disorganized, possibly improperly trained, and overwhelmed even during non-peak hours. They seem afraid of customers and expect to be scolded for poor service. I feel better management is needed.

Got my order wrong and took too long for me to want to get it corrected. I usually love Popeyes it's pretty easy to get a 5 star from. Me, but not worth it here.

I go to that place often, this is the only place I found where they serve fresh chickens! where other popeyes mostly serves soggy foods. There’s a girl work their with shades, she always gives the fresh food. ?
