Staff here would rather talk amongst themselves instead of completing orders

Food was good but most the works were on there phones and gave attitude

They served us spoiled chicken, it tastes bad and smells funny. I tried to contact them but they are saying that the chicken was good and not bad LOL!
They said bring back the chicken they will replace the spoiled one (as if it will make any difference) it will make people sick 🤢.

The only employees are not good with escalation, they dont know what to say, even saying SORRY or what so ever are impossible.

The sauces they gave us were all expired. Like literally gone bad. The ranch was separated and curdled. So gross. The tenders tasted reheated too.

Today I ordered blacked chicken wrap which took 20 mins for a single wrap. The place wasn’t slammed. I remembered when I was at Wendy’s nyc … usually the staff would apologize or give me free fries or nuggets for the extended wait. This is fast food?

The worst store I have been so far. The whole store is dirty, staff are always unprofessional. It feels like you eat sitting on dirt.

Mahraj was very very accommodating and such a pleasure. We waited for our food but was understandable given it was busy. I had my 2 year old with me being a little fussy and Mahraj made an effort to be so kind and warm to him, we were touched.

Today evening I visited this location, such a tasty and good food. Instead of that whole staff gives u great vibes. Specially Ranjana is best at her job , so friendly and provides great customer service. Definitely visit again soon .

Was told it would be 5 minutes for my order, went to the guy at the front which was the manager after 10 minutes. He said oh the guy forgot so give me 5 minutes.

The food at this place is disgusting. I've been going here for the past couple years but within the last 6 months, I've gotten nauseous eating every single time. The quality is atrocious- Popeyes should really have a QA/QC check on this restaurant. I avoid this location like the plague and for the sake of your health, you really should too smh.

This Popeyes location is so disgusting and unclean. The signs are falling off, The trash is over flowing, the floor is dirty, the washroom is dirty with hair om the sink and toilets are not clean. The employees are so cheap they don't give enough napkins and paper trays. The chicken wings are not fresh and made my wife sick. Never again.

The Popeyes at Parkway Mall really disappointed me. The food made me feel sick, and it was just terrible overall.
