“I ordered fried chicken and received a pieces that was completely undercooked on the inside. The meat was still pink and raw near the bone, which is unsafe to eat. This was very disappointing and I couldn’t eat it. I would like a refund or a replacement, please. Thank you.”

Bad experience at this location. We visited around 7:45-8pm. It didn’t specify anywhere that they were not allowing dine in. They didn’t ask me either while ordering if it was for takeout or dine in.

When grabbing the food, I saw it was packaged. So I told her we ordered for dine in, then she proceeds to tell me it’s takeout only at the moment. I told her I’m not able to eat in the car, please take the food back and refund me. We did not even open the bag.

THEY DENIED ME REFUND, I left the food on the counter and they still didn’t have the courtesy of stopping me. Horrible experience, and sketchy Popeyes location.

I worked in parkway mall. I went to grab the deal on Saturday on sides. The employee on cash was so rude and was using earphone while working, I asked her about the deal she firstly ignored me and then said it’s only on fries I said I used to have onion rings as well last time when I ordered… she said it’s only on fries I high tone and she give me straight packets of fries I asked for bag she said we don’t give, how shameful and careless she is…. I really recommend the company to fire her she don’t have manners how to talk with customers it’s not only me she was rude with every customer I witnessed there ….. I will never come to that store and will not recommend my workmate and team members to go and buy their….. I asked her name, she said ,,,, DEEPA,,,…. I wish company definitely work on it…

Worst location!! Do not go there! They do not give what you ordered and hang up! No customer service! Paid $20 for couple tenders and fries gave spicy tenders and no fries and refuse to give me my order!

I had a bad experience with one of the employees, Shubham. He is not professional at all and doesn’t know how to treat customers properly. Very disappointed with his behavior needs serious improvement in customer service.Changing staff is dumb thing

Visited this particular store on Friday Oct 3 evng, it was so busy but the staff tried their best to hold it together. Chicken was so good and our family enjoyed the whole meal thanks to their hardwork.Kudos to the whole staff for serving. Everyone should visit their this particular location though their is a lit bit of waiting time but you will guaranteed with good service and food

chill place but had to wait like 5 minutes for my order to be taken, they didnt have fries :(( also waited 10 minutes for my order but the tenders were fresh and good so worth it
