Food was really bad. I guess the cooking oil hasn't been changed for a while. Mashed potatoes is gone off. Have been a regular customer for a while. The quality and taste of the food has really gone downhill in recent times. This review is not on just a single order. Its been the same for last 3-4 orders. Gave chance because mistakes can happen for once, but not for 3-4 times. You guys lost a customer.

The fried chicken in the burger was not fresh. It was really smelling bad. We complained to the staff, and they didn't respond properly. Also, the onion rings and fries smelled badly. They also missed one of the item that we ordered, and even for that, their response was null. Not at all satisfied.

Buy 2 piece of chicken and paid for a center breast when got home she something else in the box .call store and let them no the girl didn't listen to what I had to tell her and just cut the fone on me when I call back she didn't answer the fone call 4 times.went back to the store and she was rude to me also told me the girl is new from a different store.then start talking hindi and also laughing in front my face. This is no customer service what so ever. Very disappointed on this store and how the management handle it.NOT EVEN A SORRY WAS SAID TO ME!!!!!!!

The chicken wings which we had from the store was not fresh. It was really smelling bad. We complained to the staff and they responded back that they smelled it and it is good. On top of providing bad quality food, the staff’s attitude was like eat or else leave and go. Not at all satisfied. We are repeated customers and the new staffs are not up to the mark.

The night manager is the best. He always hooks it up. I don't even like Popeyes that much but this location is good. The shrimp was really good!

We have been going to this Popeyes regularly since June of 2024, and the service cannot get any better from Azaan and Co. This has to be the best run Popeyes in the GTA hands down. The staff are extremely friendly and respectful to deal with. They go well beyond their way to satisfy their customers. Thank you guys, I will always continue to visit this location!
