Food was average and the stuff behaviour was extremely bad. I asked for a tissue and they just throwed that in front of me. Never go there to eat anything. There is a girl wearing hijab she is the rudest one. This restaurant needs some better stuff and have to make the food quality better. Just choose Burger King or Mcdonalds instead.

I have never once ordered here without the chicken either being overcooked, overly oily, or too salty. I don’t recommend coming to this location.

I was horrified to see this. Pink, bloody terrible looking sub standard chicken, covered up by battered deep fried skin.

Customer placed an order for mild chicken, took the order and went to their vehicle. They returned to information the staff they had received spicy along with mild chicken. Staff member asked the customer if they had touched the chicken, which they replied no. 🤔🙄🥴
Instead of discarding the chicken that went out of the store, with the customer they placed it on the rack above the other cooked chicken. Few minutes later they boxed the same chicken and gave it to another customer. 🤢🤮😳

We came around 1:45pm today May 4 The chicken has a bad smell and not fresh , upon telling them cashier about it she said nobody complains about their chicken a lot of customers already ordered , no apologies , so I tried to talk to the manager and she said the same thing that all of their chicken are fresh and the cook started getting a uncooked chicken and showing it me and wanted to handed it to me to inspect it .This very unacceptable behaviour from both staff and manager . instead of apologizing , even encouraged me to talk to the owner. I have been eating to Popeyes since I came here to Canada for 10 yrs and this is my first time to get unfresh chicken that’s why I raised the concern . I normally don’t write a bad review to any restaurant but this time I have too because of the behaviour of the manager and staff plus dint want anybody to get sick of their chicken

​I hoping by leaving this comment the service will improve. I been stopping here for years and the only reason is to grab a sandwich and fries for my dad. The wait time is over 11min an you can count the number of fries, that how little they give you.

Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. After eating the wings here, I have been suffering from nonstop diarrhea for three days, which is not normal and extremely distressing. This is clearly not an isolated incident. after reading previous reviews, many customers have complained about a foul smell from the chicken and being served spoiled food. Continuing to sell food under these conditions shows complete negligence toward customer health. This place should not be operating until proper inspections are done. I strongly warn others to stay away unless you want to risk serious food poisoning.

I bought the Mac and cheese today but it was already expired. When I tried to call the store they answered the call and I made the complaint without any answer they said they are busy and they will call me back to respond to my complaint but they did not . Please guys before leave the place make sure you get the fresh food and not the expired one

I ordered a family pack and I saw a black spoiled chicken i think they mixed it up with old change chicken and it smelled bad also I informed them and they didn't care

Chicken biscuit was served spoiled. The breading on the biscuit was undercooked and raw, and the chicken was spoiled and smelt bad. Receipt as proof of purchase.
