Ordered 3 for $9.99 chicken sliders expecting different flavors as advertised, but got back 3 sliders with same flavors. The chicken inside the bun was too oily. The value for food is disappointing and McD is way better or may be it is only this location. They seem to have deals but they are not advertised properly in the store.

I placed a mobile order and was eating in my car when I found a hair inside one of the chicken nuggets (photo attached).

I immediately went back inside and spoke to the manager (Noorpinder Kaur)
at the counter. Instead of apologizing or taking the issue seriously, she casually said “that’s okay, I can give you another one.”
There was no apology, no concern, no professionalism at all.

Finding hair in food is a serious hygiene issue. Offering to replace one nugget without even acknowledging the mistake is unacceptable. I requested a full refund because the entire order had become inedible for me, but the attitude was dismissive.

This is not about free food — it is about basic food safety and customer respect, both of which were completely missing here.

I will not be returning to this location and I hope upper management addresses their hygiene standards and trains their staff on proper customer service.

So I went in to buy a gift card. The person was useless. I payed by debit and they kept screwing up the card. They tried another card the said you need to pay. But I already paid. They said no. I had to use my bank app to prove them wrong (make me feel like a criminal). After that we asked for the manager. They said they were the manager. Demanded the refund. They said they had issues and had to give Cash. after leaving she ran out saying I needed to come back because it must be by card. Said to bad. I got my money back, get lost I'm done. Useless. Unprofessional. Be happy when Morningside opens back up

At 1:45 AM, this store claimed they were closed and said they were not able to help customers. I understand that some locations stop dine-in service a few minutes before closing, but this store had completely shut off take-out service as well. If that’s the case, they should clearly inform customers that they choose to close early and are not committed to providing proper customer service. It’s disappointing to see a location operate with such minimal effort.

Extremely disrespectful manager on shift as if she didn’t like customers walking in ! Staff was pretty alright but it’s about the attitude! She didnt present any manager qualities which she should in the first place. She forgot to give few items of my order as well, even though i was pretty alright with it .
