Nice little location right next to the CAA theater. Wasn’t busy when I visited. The service was quick and efficient and the place was clean. The staff were very efficient and helpful.

Service: Hands down one of the worst Popeyes in downtown. The lady that does the night shift; I don't know her name but she has glasses and I think she speaks Punjabi. Anyways, she doesn't care a damn about her customers... Always a face with hatred as if she doesn't want any customers to come in. The rudeness is to the core without no remorse or anything. I understand working overnight shifts can tiring and sometimes even overwhelming. But if you don't want to do that then don't do it ma'am. Don't take your anger onto others. There is this another Punjabi guy as well who accompanies her in the shift; he works in the kitchen. Same thing, ask for a food to be prepared; he behaves like; he gave us money and and we are asking him to work.
Food: Food is a disaster!!! I don't understand what they do to their food, but tenders, fries, even the chicken. Their oil is old I think and I always had this feeling of bad oil in the food. The taste seemed really old as well. Honestly, I thought it was a one of thing. But no, happened to me 2-3 times.
Atmosphere: I went there at night, the atmosphere there is a hot headed cashier at the front that hates their customers and will not answer questions and still looks at you like you went in to rob them. Please please avoid this place at night, these people hate seeing people get food from them.

Too salty but got food extremely late at night which is a big deal.
Fast food is my occasional guilty pleasure good or bad, but pleasantly surprised everything tasted fresh and crispy. The coleslaw wasn't dripping wet, chicken seasoned well and the biscuits were outstanding. Whoever worked June 12th 7:45pm thank you it was delicious!

This location is a tru fraudulent location. I’m not sure if they are truly the Popeyes franchise. I got wing from there . Very small size , very much stale soggy , the following hour after eating it I got food poisoning. I hope Popeyes read my comment consider who they gave their franchise to . Because a store like this make all the Popeyes to look bad.
