I am a popeyes fan myself, but this franchaise has absolute nasty food, the I ordered bonifide chicken spicy, and it is so salty that it is bitter, and super dry like jerky, now my taste buds feel numb. Popeyes really needs to pay attention to this franchaise!

Ordered mobile time was incorrect and one of lady mention 5 mins will be ready but went past the time the food wasn’t fresh
I recently visited the Popeyes location on Yonge, and I want to bring some concerns to your attention. I noticed some unhygienic practices among the staff. For instance, I saw one of the employees scratching themselves, including areas that are highly inappropriate, and handling food without gloves afterward.
As a customer, this is very alarming and makes me question the cleanliness standards of this establishment. I hope the management takes immediate steps to ensure proper hygiene practices, such as mandatory glove use and better staff training in food safety.
I am sharing this feedback because I genuinely enjoy Popeyes and want to continue being a customer. Please address this issue for the well-being of all patrons.

Thank Goodness Gracious the food was fresh and super Delicious cuz everything else was Mehh..... I mean ...this is a 24 hr location and thank the gods again for that as me + 1 needed to get inside as the rain started and my buddy had a bootycall more important!!! 😉😘😉.
