Been there once a few years ago, place is officially shutting down after 10 years in business.

Let’s go Brandoski

The place is amazing. So good and service is fire fire fire!!!!

I love this place, it has such a nice atmosphere, very homey and the menu is also very comforting like home cooking. Had their roasted potatoes and classic fried chicken sandwich. Potatoes were not overly salty, lightly seasoned but the potato was really the highlight. The sandwich is incredible, not too juicy, the combination of the sauce and the pickles with the chicken, really delicious, I don’t know what seasoning they added to the chicken but it’s magic. Last time I was here I had their hoagie, also really great, good memories of it.

130 King W location is such a disappointment. The quality is nowhere close to the original location. I had a porchetta sandwich at both locations and the one from 130 W location was always dry, cold and felt overly very empty and sad. Not feeling to coming back to this location again

The food was really good. But they got my order completely wrong. The workers clearly did it on purpose. I picked up my order, the ticket said delivery, and all the items were wrong.

The House Special was surprisingly underwhelming given its reputation in other reviews. I found it quite dry... The truffle sauce saved it with every bite. I'm also not sure what the play was with using hamburger-like buns??? This type of sandwich works better with panini/hoagie bread.

Mediocre for the price.

I love their sourdough bun. Porchetta is flavorful and has a light taste. I would have cut all sections (crackling, belly, baked meat) into the same size, though. I love spicy food, but I would go easy on this sandwich as the meat has a tender taste.

Just incredible!

The a la carte carved porchetta didn't come with any skin and came out cold. It wasn't rolled like you expect with porchetta, it was basically like stripes of pork belly instead of rolled. Not much seasoning, and again it came without the most important part, the crispy skin. We got half a pound and it looked much more like a quarter pound. The whole time we ate we got to look at a cooked rolled porchetta in a display case, almost mocking us. Disappointing seeing as we went out of our way to try this place. If you're going to have porchetta in your name and as a staple, it better come out warm, crispy, seasoned, and rolled like porchetta. Disappointing experience.

Great spot

Their “Famous Chicken Sandwich” is the best fried chicken sandwich in the city. For starters, they use chicken thighs; none of this white meat nonsense. Perfectly seasoned and coupled with their cajun mayo and potato bun, this sandwich is flawless. I would eat it everyday if my body would let me get away with it. Only bummer is you can only seem to order from the food apps…

The sandwich and hoagie are so delicious, and the crispness and juiciness of the chicken are excellent. The combination of cheese and sauces is just there. It's very impressive for a fried chicken sandwich.
I highly recommend trying if you never tried them before. The meal is also acceptable, similar to a Sunday roast, but it lacks some gravy. ?
Overall, you must visit if you haven’t tried it yet.
