Called ahead of time for a reservation, hostess said to come in at anytime since it’s not that busy. Drove all the way from Barrie, walked around Toronto, ordered an Uber to the bar. Says it’s open on google maps until 02:00. We get here at 22:26 and it’s closed. Completely unsatisfactory service and behaviour. Do not come to this bar, they portray exemplifying status yet their end delivery is misleading and mediocre at best.

First time and didn't know whether to just sit or wait to be seated despite having a reservation. No one acknowledged us, and when some did come to us they never got back and continued serving the larger party at bar. So, had we actually gotten served then I could actually leave a review.

Be careful when paying, bartender will try to say your card didn’t work just to charge you twice, or add a very big tip for himself and still expect you to tip on top of that. I.E. $100 for 4 $11 drinks

This place looks like it might have some cool late night vibes. We went early ish. It was a big waste of time. The bartender was horrible. She was texting the entire time, right in front of us, even while we were ordering. She even took a phone break while she was making our cocktails. Despite being the only ones there and sitting at the bar, it was hard to get her attention. The menu was very basic (think chicken tender vibes) and the food was bland. The bathrooms were disgusting, despite having just opened. Don't go here!

Drinks are super expensive 16 to 18 eachThe environment is lovely and comfortable, and the entertainment is enjoyable unless they spill your drink on you and break a glass where you're sitting.They need more staff. The service was very slow, sometimes waiting up to 25 minutes for a drink to be brought to your table.

Myself and a group of friends came by on Saturday for happy hour martini's and were happy with our experience. We were able to choose our seating area so we chose the secluded little seating area under the DJ booth. The venue itself is quite lovely and were able to walk around and take a look while it was still fairly quiet. It's a very beautiful place! The drinks were delicious and the bathrooms were clean. I would definitely come back!

I was there on Valentines day with my partner and we had the worst service ever. The food made it to our table after an hour and it was extremely cold. The bartender forgot the drinks a number of times and we kept on reminding her. The dessert never made it to our table therefore we just left without having any dessert. We reminded the server 4 times for our dessert and each time she promised it will be here in 2 minutes.Please stay away from this Bar as this is the worst Bar/lounge in the city. I will never recommend this Bar to anyone.
