When you have lots of competition from the dozens of other bubble tea restaurants with better pricing and better quality drinks, you think that the appropriate response is to increase prices to gouge regular customers. What a scummy thing to do. There’s at least three other bubble tea restaurants within walking distance that have better prices, people can go to.

This place is one of my favorite spots in the city. The variety and size of the drinks are truly impressive. Their daily specials show right away that the price fully matches the quality and portion you’re getting.
The only thing worth noting is that the menu is so extensive that sometimes it takes a while to figure out what you actually want — especially if you’re not coming in with a specific drink in mind.
I also love that they frequently have great deals. For example, during the summer they offered amazing promotions with mango drinks. They sometimes have nice seasonal options on DoorDash as well, although mango doesn’t feel very seasonal at the moment.
The staff is extremely friendly and understands you almost instantly — you barely have to explain anything.
Would I come back? Absolutely. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Con: • the menu is so large that choosing a drink can take quite a bit of time

the bloody taro slush was like an elevated taro slush that also looked really cool and i really enjoyed it!! there was a nice tart sour raspberry syrup taste that went well with the light milky taro slush. the pearls were perfectly sweet and firm and chewy, and i also really enjoyed the creamy salty eggy cheese foam (although i wish there was a lot more of it, i only tasted a bit in the beginning) , and i thought the sweet oreo crumble was super yummy , although i could only barely suck it up at the bottom. basically i think it would’ve been a perfect drink if there was more cheese foam and oreo crumble ! i also want to try the avocado cheese foam or mochi next time !

Skimped on the mochi on my mochi drink?? I paid over $9 for it and it’s usually my go to, but the female worker today put a lot less than usual. Disappointing because of the high price I expected more. Will not return

I am heartbroken and extremely upset with my experience at this store. I asked for a simple cup of water and was charged $1.02, even though I have been here three times before and was always charged only $0.25. When I politely questioned it, the lady serving me was rude and dismissive. What hurt me the most was the way she treated me because I was wearing a hijab. No one deserves to feel singled out or disrespected for their faith or appearance.
Something as basic as water should not lead to this kind of humiliation. I left feeling sad, disrespected, and completely unwelcome. I will never come back here again, and I will make sure to warn others about this store and how it treats its customers.
I absolutely love this bubble tea place! They have such a wide variety of options that there’s always something new to try. I came and order the drink. And I talk with the staff about i already late at work and he said why you are late and want to buy a bubble tea???? Then he talk with his co worker by his language. I think the manager will talk again with your emloyee

Tried the Royal Earl Grey Milk Tea (Regular size) for the first time and loved it! It was my first time trying boba at this place, and honestly, the experience was wonderful. The tea had a rich, smooth flavour with just the right balance of sweetness, and the boba was perfectly chewy. The staff was super friendly, and they had some great deals going on too, which made it even better. Definitely coming back to try more flavours soon!
