Great spot, great vibe with a solid selection of new and old stuff and really reasonable prices. They've been always very warm and welcoming any time I've dropped in.
Great cafe with tons of records for sale. Barista was very friendly and was kind to show us around. Limited seating but there is some in The back and downstairs. Come for the coffee and stay for the records. We love this store and would definitely recommend it for records and the coffee.
Really chill store with crazy good selection and great prices. Must go for collectors
One of the best record store experiences in the city. Their collection is vast so you'll definitely find a vinyl to buy. Their labels are so funny so you'll be entertained while browsing through hundreds of records. Coffee was good too!
This record store is always fun to visit. Their selections are of great quality and I usually leave with something I needed or didn’t realize I needed.
The coffee on the house while you browse is a nice touch.
Very cool shop, and the owner is super easy to talk to. Great customer service. I didn't buy any records during my visit but did grab a coffee. However the place is so cool that I'll probably go out of my way to buy everything I can from here to support local, even though it's very much out of the way for me.
Amazing collection & amazing coffee!
A great record shop and a great place to hang out, have a coffee and flip through the crates. Trevor is a perfect host, accommodating and witty, knowledgeable without pretension. My home collection of used LPs is all the better because of the music nuggets I've found at the Press. A+.
My wife and I recently got back into vinyl collecting, and had heard about this location, quite a few ways from our home near Pape and Danforth. The owner Trevor was quite welcoming, and more than happy to provide information on the available merchandise.
Not only are the records decently priced, but the best part is the often humorous commentary sticker on the plastic cover to the albums.
Unlike many used record stores in the GTA, Trevor confirmed that the website has all current pricing and inventory info on the LPs in store, making it a worthwhile experience. He also offered for the albums to come back if anything wrong were to occur.
Came home with two Doors albums and a Best of Doobie Brothers LP, all of them sound great at home!
We are extremely pleased with the visit and look forward to our next trip towards Woodbine and Danforth! :-)
This was actually a jem of a store. I was visiting Toronto for vacation and record stores were part of our main agenda. I saw a rare vinyl on their Discogs, which is why we went to this store. We were pleasantly surprised to find a rare 1975 Australian import as well. Maybe not the best section of town but they had a great selection and awesome customer service. I highly recommend.

Absolutely a fanfriggingtastic shop. Great coffee with a great atmosphere. Very nice selection of vinyl and the staff are amazing✌️
Hands down best place to buy new and used vinyl records in the east end of Toronto. Trevor the owner really knows his stuff! He’s has even let me bring a record home and listen to it before purchasing. Top notch service and the coffee is great too! As a audio weenie, I would highly recommend Press Vinyl Cafe to anyone looking to expand their record collection at best pricing in the city
Such a gem for music lovers. All the little notes on the labels make sifting through used records even more fun. This shop has such a good vibe and great selection. There’s a record player downstairs so you can listen to stuff before buying too.Trevor (the owner) is such a cool dude. He loves music and customers, and it shows. While I was in, he was playing a song I love. I commented on it and he suggested a new artist/album to me that I’ve had such a great time discovering.Definitely bringing all my friends here!
Great Record Shop. I love that u can buy a record and get a coffee.
