Really cute and wholesome neighbourhood spot. It's the type of family business that you want to support. The atmosphere creates a great place to enjoy a coffee and have a good conversation.

We tried 2 of their pastries, although I don't recall the names of either. One was similar to apple pie, and was quite good, while the other was a flaky pastry with custard in the middle and vanilla/chocolate icing on top. The latter was extremely hard and difficult to cut through, so that wasn't great. I'd guess that most of what they offer is much better than this though, so I'll probably come back again.

This is a cute, charming and cosy Ma and Pa run establishment. Apparently they used to be a Portuguese owner and then it became a career and now it’s Portuguese again overall I’ve had their breakfast and couple of sandwiches. It has become much better recently. The bread and pastry is good. I prefer the bread more than the pastry as there are better pastry shops close by. I highly recommend the breakfast platter and coffee along with some bread. I did not have a good experience with their bulgogi and steak sandwiches.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family neighbourhood and a family establishment. Kids are welcome but no pets.

since management changed, i've been there probably 5-6 times. every single time, the server seems absolutely baffled about what we're ordering, asks for a lot of clarification, and STILL gets the order wrong. every single time. and its not like we're ordering weird off-menu stuff. the vibes are good, seems like a cute family place, wish you the best, but please figure out a system that works for your staff. maybe numbered menu items to help with any language barrier

I bought a brownie from this bakery and it was severely molded. I didn't realize at first and got really sick from eating a few bites. Now the taste and smell of this molded brownie come up every time I see a brownie or think of a chocolate-related desert, and I want to puke. This is traumatizing. It is disgusting that this bakery sells molded food.
