Great food, great drinks, and great atmosphere overall for such a small place. The workers are very nice and accommodating!

Cute little hidden gem on Bay st ??Delicious cappuccino and breakfast sandwiches ☕️? Oh and the choc chip cookie is scrumptious as well ? I came here for breakfast and then went back for a grilled veggie sandwich for lunch. So happy to have found this place as it’s a short 5m walk from my office ? Looking forward to trying more things on the menu!Update: Tried the $5 pasta Tues special and it was great! Had the tomato marinara and next week will try the basil pesto ?

the workers were super kind and were having internet issues with the debit machine being down, so they were doing their best to accommodate the situation. I ordered an original cold brew drip and caramel cold brew drip. The original tasted like water with a dash of coffee and the caramel is just the flavour shot. to spend almost $10 for this… we should’ve gone to a Starbucks.but the workers were so lovely!

Ranking 5 for consistantly having the freshest chocolate croissants I've ever had (except that time they ran out). Morning staff is really sweet. I hope the new hire they're looking for is up to their standards. Tiny bit expensive.

I was really hungry and nauseous and I found Prunto. The store was not open when I went there. But the lady there was so kind and gave me the available butter croissants. It tasted amazing!! Thanks to her for opening up early to satisfy a hungry customer!!

Had an appointment in the area and popped into Pronto...very pleasantly surprised with service & quality of my quick lunch; very nice espresso and absolutely delicious sandwich (spicy salami with ham, bread so fresh!) and grabbed a chocolate chip cookie that just came out of oven....nice job, Pronto!

Cute little spot at Bay & College - did quick take-out of roasted vegetable sandwich (excellent!) and an iced latte. Was told they're on ritual, so will be ordering again from them.

I didn’t visit in person—ordered with a credit on Door Dash. Haven’t tried the coffee, which I have heard is great, but had the ham and salami sandwich which was not great to be honest. Cookies were a little burnt/over cooked for me. I had ordered a coke which was forgotten in the order but not a big deal, was refunded.Update: photos included

Just started working in the area a couple times a week, and happened to find this little gem of a store on side street at Bay & College. Everything I've had so far is amazing quality, very fresh and tasty. My go to is one of their flavoured cold brews with a breakfast sandwich; then I go back for lunch for a panini usually, several different kinds, all delicious. Great friendly service too!
