My wife and I came for the “early dinner special” (pride fixe dinner for 2 for $49). We had a choice of one of several appetizers, 2 of six curry dish mains, and a discounted glass of red or white wine. We also shared a dessert. All the dishes were very tasty and left satisfied.

It was our first early bird dinner experience. Pukka made the experience very special. The host greeted us and made us feel welcome. The food was outstanding along with the service. We will be back to try other items on the menu.

Everything was very fresh, good flavour, but lacked that extra zing to make the meal memorable. Suggest try Indian Street Food for"Zing "Factor. and comparison Try their biryani and chili beef - like wow!

My family and I have been coming here for years and it is still one of our top restaurants of all time. The food and service is consistently amazing, also they have the best Dal Makhani I've had in my life. This place is truly the highlight of our neighbourhood!

Wonderful spot on St. Clair West! Excellent Indian food, varied and interesting menu, vegans accommodated easily. Attentive but unobtrusive service. It's our new fave for Indian food!

The level of service was superb and the dishes were phenomenal. We tried a variety of menu items including the Pakoras, Lamb Lollipops and our fav Boatman’s Fish & Prawn Curry with a flavourful curry sauce. We’ll definitely be coming back for this one! ?

We went for the early bird special. The food, service and ambience were outstanding. We let them know one of our group was celebrating a birthday and they brought a slice and delicious cake with a candle at the end of the meal without being asked. Wonderful experience overall!

There is a lot of good Indian food in the GTA. Unfortunately those of us in midtown have to travel a bit for it. It had been a few years since I had last ate at Pukka. My prior dine in experience was underwhelming and puzzling. It's not fusion, its just seems to be Indian food made for people who don't like Indian food using a lot of shortcuts and ingredients that aren't fresh. Curries were bland as the proteins did not marinate within the gravy. Flavours seemed off and for a upscale restaurant, it seemed to taste very pre-made and assembled. My recent takeout experience was not different. Curries and their protein like chicken and frozen fish were devoid of any flavour. While I appreciate creativity and fusion, the chaat is not chaat. It tastes more like a mediocre Thai mango salad that you would find at a grocery store salad bar. Garlic naan lacked butter and garlic, and was undercooked. I normally don't write reviews but feel compel to as I would hate for anyone to ruin a family night in with such a disappointing meal.

My husband and I have eaten at #Pukka on St Clair West quite a few times. We love the Indian fusion cuisine. They have great dishes with mild spice we often ask them to spice it up a bit more. Some of the dishes we’ve enjoyed. The spinach stuffed with fig appetizer is wonderful. The vegetable pakora has a lot of flavor with a great tomato chutney. The Chicken 65 is fantastic. We love the curry main dishes including spicy Punjabi chicken, creamy pumpkin and an amazing duck breast with blueberries, the butter chicken is nice and sweet and mild spice but great flavor. We enjoy the beverages including ginger lemonade, and ruby ginger drink. We love visit on the early bird dinner from 5-6 as we try new things. We love the attentive service and We will be back to Pukka again. #pukkatoronto #LocalToronto #stclairwestvillage #punjabichickencurry #pumpkincurry

Our first time having Pukka after a friend recommended and so glad they did! Wow, the food was absolutely delicious. First the sweet potato samosas, then chicken 65 and the Lamb Lollipop's. Even the rice, something you would think is so simple tastes amazing and brought it all together. Then added it off with dessert and the rice pudding and sticky toffee pudding was the perfect ending. I’m ready to order again!!!

This is not your usual Indian restaurant. The dishes were elevated in terms of preparation, seasoning and presentation. The cocktails were outstanding. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. The papadom was beautifully prepared, light and delicate. The fried okra was a little too crisp. The string beans were a delight. Both the fish curry and vegetable curry were aromatic but not overpowering. The stuffed paneer was very unusual and an eye opener. I could not get enough of the Pukka Chaat. If you are tired of the usual Indian dishes, Pukka is the place for you
