Stopped by for a quick bite. I ordered a turkey sandwich — nothing extraordinary, but decent. I was surprised to find olives in it, as they weren’t listed or mentioned. It would be helpful if all ingredients were clearly stated so customers can make informed choices. Overall, not bad, but there’s room for improvement.

The vegetarian salad options are great. But you got to fix your grilled chicken recipe. The breast cut portions seems stale and almost each time i have eaten them they stink.

Pumpernickel's is my go-to office caterer. They always use fresh, delicious ingredients and the customer service is top tier.

Tried the classic breakfast home fries cold and charged .50 for small side jam that normally come with breakfast won’t be having breakfast from here again

This salad bowl was a real disappointment. The mix had all the makings of a great dish—slaws, kale, pasta—but somehow, the flavors just didn’t work together. Each ingredient felt oddly seasoned, creating a strange, unbalanced taste that’s hard to describe (think sour, but not in a good way). I added salmon for $6.50, which was decent in taste but way too small for the price. Overall, this chain fell far below expectations. I wanted to love it and even hoped to make it a regular spot, but I won’t be back. Healthy salad bowls deserve better!

If you aren't dressed in a three piece suit shop elsewhere.

What I ordered vs what I got… $7 and it looks like it was made in a school cafeteria by children.

Food is fine. Their packaging is absurd though. Why do they feel the need to put your food on a cardboard tray under a GIANT plastic hood. Just put it in a cardboard box like everyone else. The garbage cans by the restaurants are overflowing with plastic domes.

Every time I go for breakfast they get the order wrong. Just went down and the order was wrong again. The attitude from the staff is terrible. I am fed up will go somewhere else

The food is good and so is the service. Prices for downtown aren't too bad. I would recommend breakfast here.

I usually get the salad option here. Sadly, while prices have increased portion sizes have decreased. Service is, well, what you'd expect for a super busy downtown food court, although there are some staff members who go above and beyond. A place to get a healthy (kale ceasar, mixed spinach, spiced chickpea, beet salads) or not so healthy (chicken schnitzel or reuben sandwich and fries) options if you feel indulgent.

If there was any option to put 0 or no star at all I would do that. for breakfast sandwiches and hot classics they only serve bacon and sausages which is pork based. If we ask to change the bacon for turkey they charge extra. also if asked, what are the substitute for bacon or sausage, they offer tomatoes. unimaginable!! how can you substitute protein with veggies? and why can't you keep a chicken r turkey options for people who don't eat pork. Also the people who works at the front, are absolutely rude. Definitely won't go again.

One of the ladies with curly hair at the salad bar is absolutely rude. A few times I have been here and she’s always the first point of contact and let me tell you she is absolutely miserable. It really seems like she hates her job thus has a horrible attitude and way of talking to customers and her colleagues . Never again will I go here again just so I don’t have to interact with her.
