I ordered a breakfast sandwich and customized it to fit my diet they did an amazing job! It came on a perfectly toasted English muffin with roasted tomatoes, feta cheese, and some spiced roasted potatoes all for just $5.95, such a great deal. A big shoutout to the chef, Vanthika (or Vedika sorry if I got the name wrong!), who was so kind and attentive. She listened to my request carefully and even suggested a few great vegetarian options.really appreciated her friendly attitude and effort.

I’d definitely come back, it’s nice to see staff who truly care about customer requests! 🌟

I just purchased a Caprese sandwich for lunch and bit into a hard possibly bone or foreign object. I nearly broke a tooth. I wont returning to the Pumpernickels.

My preference is always caprese sandwich during my lunch time. They have good options for other vegetarian sandwiches and salad. Must try when you are around this place.

Stopped by for a quick bite. I ordered a turkey sandwich — nothing extraordinary, but decent. I was surprised to find olives in it, as they weren’t listed or mentioned. It would be helpful if all ingredients were clearly stated so customers can make informed choices. Overall, not bad, but there’s room for improvement.

The vegetarian salad options are great. But you got to fix your grilled chicken recipe. The breast cut portions seems stale and almost each time i have eaten them they stink.

Pumpernickel's is my go-to office caterer. They always use fresh, delicious ingredients and the customer service is top tier.

Tried the classic breakfast home fries cold and charged .50 for small side jam that normally come with breakfast won’t be having breakfast from here again

This salad bowl was a real disappointment. The mix had all the makings of a great dish—slaws, kale, pasta—but somehow, the flavors just didn’t work together. Each ingredient felt oddly seasoned, creating a strange, unbalanced taste that’s hard to describe (think sour, but not in a good way). I added salmon for $6.50, which was decent in taste but way too small for the price. Overall, this chain fell far below expectations. I wanted to love it and even hoped to make it a regular spot, but I won’t be back. Healthy salad bowls deserve better!

If you aren't dressed in a three piece suit shop elsewhere.

What I ordered vs what I got… $7 and it looks like it was made in a school cafeteria by children.

Food is fine. Their packaging is absurd though. Why do they feel the need to put your food on a cardboard tray under a GIANT plastic hood. Just put it in a cardboard box like everyone else. The garbage cans by the restaurants are overflowing with plastic domes.

Every time I go for breakfast they get the order wrong. Just went down and the order was wrong again. The attitude from the staff is terrible. I am fed up will go somewhere else

The food is good and so is the service. Prices for downtown aren't too bad. I would recommend breakfast here.
