I had veggie omelette sandwich. Omelette was very oily. They didnt add any lettuce as shown in the menu. Just plain omlette and bread. Avoid avoid avoid this place.. staff is rude as well. Seems like their ears doesnt work..

The lady doesn’t know how to make an omelette. She added bread to it. Also is very rude. Would not recommend to anyone. Bring your money elsewhere.

Decent order in option. Salad was lacking more protein.

Compared to other locations the portion sizes are tiny. Unplentiful salad... Wouldn't recommend. Won't return.

Portion sizes of salads are much smaller than they were previously. Staff untrained and unprofessional. Had a staff member walk away after I told him I wanted a salad.

Terrible experience as well, rude staff and ordered a sandwich. Asked for lettuce/tomatoes instead of avocado and bacon and they upcharged me which makes no sense. Didn't want to argue over a dollar or two but over priced, mediocre, and unpleasant to deal with.

Its good but too much pricy which is not worth i guess if u add salmon then it goes up to 20 dollars and if u go with veg falafal thwn it goes upto 15 bugs means 6 dollars for eqch slice of salmon and worst thing is that salmon n chiken or egg all are not heated up they just put as a cold peice of them which is not good and who eat cold grilled salmon or boiled eggs that is the other thing but price just for salad is too much higher better to go with jimmy the greek so 1 star for this

I work in the building and i often get the same thing here. Today i found a piece of hair in my sandwich half way into it. I think i might have ate some without knowing. This is unacceptable.

Terrible experience! Staff were so rude! Sandwich overpriced for what you get, plus the bread was not fresh. I asked for onion in my sandwich, the server pulled out two small pieces from a pre made sandwich in the counter then had the audacity to charge extra! Lots of other places around to spend your lunch money.

Ordered a Western Omelette Sandwich and it basically had zero taste.Maybe just a one off, but based on the prices, I don't think I'm willing to go back and find out.I would have also appreciated it if the lady didn't just slop my sandwich on the counter after it was ready....

The franchise owners and managers of this location are honestly some of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have encountered. I will never use Pumpernickel's again.
