The portion is much smaller than the pumpernickel’s at 66 Wellington. Also they don’t put all sandwiches on display, so customers can’t pick the bread meat combination. The staff are rude and unorganized…I would walk a bit further for a better experience

Hostile staff and difficult to deal with after messing up my order.

Pretty much like everyone I’ve never met someone as rude and unprofessional as the lady working at Pumpernickel’s today. Her tone, attitude, and complete lack of basic manners were absolutely disgusting. If she hates dealing with people this much, she shouldn’t be working in customer service.

The way she spoke to me was beyond disrespectful, no greeting, no courtesy, just pure attitude for no reason. It’s honestly pathetic that management allows someone like that to represent their business.

Food means nothing when the staff treats customers like garbage.

Food is pretty good here...my only problem is the attitude the staff has (Specifically the woman who takes the breakfast orders). She acts like she's doing you a favor. Just completely miserable and not welcoming at all. I've Spent alot of money going here over time, and after the last interaction I decided that was going to be my last visit.

Tell some of your staff not to be so cheap about your salad bowls. If I ask to fill it up, fill it up. Don't be cheap.

Some staff are nice, some not

In response. You clearly say in the sign that it can be filled up. I asked just to fill out up to the brim. I didn't ask for a mountain here. I'm not sure what's guideline for portion size.

Your boxes got smaller already on recent years. Let's not forget that

Really lovely staff and great service. Its a bit steep (20ish dollars) but that is expected downtown. Food was delicious and fresh.

Enjoyed the salad box. I liked the convenient box too. Good service. Nice food court.

Picked up one of their breakfast specials, it’s a BLT on a croissant on Thursdays. It’s tasted ok, I mean for like $5.95, it isn’t too bad. The croissant itself is a bit thick and doughy, not flaky. I wish they would have asked if we wanted any salt and/or pepper on the egg. It’s not bad, but probably won’t get it again.

I had veggie omelette sandwich. Omelette was very oily. They didnt add any lettuce as shown in the menu. Just plain omlette and bread. Avoid avoid avoid this place.. staff is rude as well. Seems like their ears doesnt work..

The lady doesn’t know how to make an omelette. She added bread to it. Also is very rude. Would not recommend to anyone. Bring your money elsewhere.

Decent order in option. Salad was lacking more protein.

Compared to other locations the portion sizes are tiny. Unplentiful salad... Wouldn't recommend. Won't return.

Portion sizes of salads are much smaller than they were previously. Staff untrained and unprofessional. Had a staff member walk away after I told him I wanted a salad.

Terrible experience as well, rude staff and ordered a sandwich. Asked for lettuce/tomatoes instead of avocado and bacon and they upcharged me which makes no sense. Didn't want to argue over a dollar or two but over priced, mediocre, and unpleasant to deal with.
