I wish they were open with longer hours well into the evening. I can't seem to catch them on time. I'd love to buy a box of their apple fritters after work to take home to my family.
Delicious fresh sandwiches (love their Montreal-style bagels!) and incredible apple fritters (slice of apple in a melt-in-your mouth dough with cinnamon sugar coating). Really cute vibes too, and great service.
I came here on a Sunday morning for a quick breakfast bite with a friend. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. It is a very nice little cafe! I really enjoyed the Avocado and Tomato bagel. If you’re looking for a quick casual bite for breakfast or great coffee/tea, Purple Penguin is the place!
