Purchased a few cupcakes made by Phipps Bakery that Pusateri's carries... I suspect they've been sitting there for ages, as the icing was hard as a rock and the cake dry and stale. Very disappointing.

If you enjoy having the stress of a catering order not showing up, then scrambling to find alternatives one hour before a large party. Pusateri's is the place to order. Not a single call back, email response nor an apology. While this review is towards the catering, this was my pickup location.

Bought a Rahier millefeuille dessert from Pusateri’s and it tasted stale and not fresh. The pastry layers which are supposed to be crispy (which is the complete point of the millefeuille dessert) are soggy It feels like it’s been there for a few days before it’s sold. Terrible quality… I’m so angry because I bought this as a celebration dessert for the new year and it tasted so bad…Also, this pricing is overpriced. After I bought this for $9.49 before tax at Pusateri’s, I saw the exact same product sold at another grocery store bakery section at only $7.99 before tax. (It was not during a sale or anything). In fact, all the other Rahier desserts were overpriced at Pusateri’s as well…So I bought a soggy and unfresh millefeuille dessert for an extremely high price… so disappointed and angry

This place is nice, they have fresh pastry and also offer take out food. I bought cakes a few times and it has always been fresh. Staff are really nice and helpful as well.

Selling expired food.Usually LOVE pusateri and shop all the time. Love their holiday stock and everything is delicious! I love their prepared meals too! However, this is now the second time I've had an issue w their prepared foods being expired. Once at Saks location and the other at Yorkville location.Got a mushroom lasagna today Dec 13 end of day and got a Dec 10 expired lasagna...not even marked down! The day before i got a salad full priced and half the greens are gone bad...In the past I got sushi that was rotten and being sold w no markdown. They need better quality control and people actually checking and removing spoiled items or at least sell them in a discount area to reduce food waste. Like 1 day past is one thing but 3 days past.Unfortunately this is something I've seen several times at Saks location in the prepared meals area where several day old food is being sold.Like make less and sell out or rotate items. Also at Saks location, bakery person is never there esp in evenings. Even when it's 2 hrs to closing time...nowhere to be seen. Like I want to buy your product and no one is there to serve the customers (at least 3 people were waiting for over 15 mins).I want my 20$ back.

Great place to sit and have a coffee on the edge of Yorkville, which is not such a bad place to be.

My wife is a foodie and she could spend an hour in this little place. The variety of high-end foods they manage to neatly pack onto their shelves is impressive. There's even a meat counter. I like the fresh bread and pastries, and my wife and I will order a coffee, pastries or some other treat, and sit at the tables by the windows watching the world go by on Bay Street.

I bought this cheese here for $6.99 and less than a week already got mold unacceptable and disgraceful for such a “high class” business won’t be supporting any longer to say the least …

One of the best in terms of variety, not for those who are looking for cheaper items though
Not a big grocery store but I get most of the best int’l sauce and gourmet items from here. Since it’s small store and well stocked with all the premium stuffs I’m looking for, I feel convenient to shop here. And cheaper than Eataly nearby. I love their pastries and hot food section

I like it here although one point I spent about 2 hours in here as an instacart shopper ... it was incredibly hard to find some things but I enjoyed my time here anyway.

Had the best cranberry turkey sandwich here today. Pricey but worth every penny. Having responsive, attentive staff doesn't hurt either.

I’m just so in love with their salads. Best time to go is when they open before lunch
