Loved this place. Wife and I had an impromptu date night. No reservations...just walked in. Provided free nachos and salsa (x2). Free shots given to greet us. Food was impeccable. Atmosphere was amazing. Sat out front on a mini-private patio. Loved this place...Definitely returning.

We came here to celebrate a birthday and had the best time! The restaurant has such a fun Latin vibe — beautiful decorations, and a super lively atmosphere. Right from the start, the staff made us feel so welcome. They greeted us with free margarita shots (such a nice touch!) and even surprised us with a birthday cake at the end.
The food was delicious! Lots of tasty tapas options and a really unique variety of seafood, vegetarian, and other dishes to choose from. Everything was fresh and full of flavor.
Overall, such a great spot for a celebration or just a fun night out. Can’t wait to go back!

We ordered one of the Beef Birrias and one of the Chicken Tacos (three tacos each), both were super delicious, we were treated with free margarita shots and a small Pico de Gallo, the ambiance is very sheek, our waitress was super nice, service was quick, hope to come back soon!

This was such an amazing experience!! All the food was so good and you could tell everything was homemade !! The empanadas & birria tacos were my favourite but we LOVED everything we ordered, as we shared 4 dishes & it was the perfect amount!! It was my sister's birthday & they gave us margarita shots & a tres leches cake with a sparkler on the house!! The service was amazing, everyone was so sweet & we really really appreciated what they did for the birthday!! :) I would absolutely recommend!!

If you’re looking to host a private event...stop your search now! I’m so incredibly happy I found Que Rico Tapas for mine. From start to finish, everything was seamless.
First off, the staff were amazing. Danna, who helped me with the booking and every little detail along the way, was an absolute dream to work with. She was responsive, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. On the day of the event, Carlos stepped in as the coordinator and was equally wonderful—so friendly, attentive, and made sure the evening ran smoothly and exactly as planned.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the ambiance. The drinks were top-notch—possibly the best espresso martini I’ve had in Toronto (seriously!). The food was beyond delicious, and the portions were much more generous than I expected. I was initially worried I hadn’t ordered enough, but we had plenty—and Carlos even packed up the extras for guests to take home, which was such a thoughtful touch.
I also booked Samba dancers and a DJ through Danna, and the entertainment was a total hit! The energy was incredible and kept everyone engaged all night.
Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Que Rico Tapas and the amazing team behind it. Every detail exceeded my expectations, and both my guests and I had the best time. Thank you again for everything!

Came to Que Rico with my husband, sister and brother-in-law for a Summerlicious date night and we were amazed! The food, the atmosphere and the service was absolutely fantastic! Our 3 courses were perfectly cooked, visually stunning the way they were plated and expertly served to us.
