Very impressed with all aspects of our dining experience. Food was delicious, staff was efficient and helpful with menu selection, and ambience had a nice vibe. Even when a glass of wine was not up to par, they quickly made it right and did not charge for the replacement glass. Definitely will return to try other menu items.
We ordered five dishes. Two were excellent and thoroughly enjoyable, but the other three (the pork, salad verde, and chocolate mousse) were underwhelming and lacked the finesse we expected. While the ambiance was pleasant and the overall experience was fine, it fell short of what we've come to anticipate from Michelin-starred restaurants. We left feeling disappointed and have no plans to return — unlike our usual experience at similar spots, where we're typically eager...
Last time we ordered off the menu and everything was delicious. This time we went with the curated minus the pork, once again everything delicious! The tuna, the tartar, the bone marrow, I could go on and on. Instead I will save my breath so that I may live another day, because everyday that passes is another day closer to my return...QUETZAL!
