Rude staff. I ordered a Latte and sat there. I was asking about the washroom code and I can't clearly hear her voice. I said: sorry? for double check and she suddenly yelled at me 'it's open!' with a very bad attitude. I sat there for quite a while and what I was seeing is: her attitude is fully depended on who is the customer - unfortunately I was not the right one. Drinks are okay.

Today's experience was very unpleasant with the attention that the girl at the cafe gave me. I went with my friend for coffee at 1:00 pm while her friends arrived for brunch. First, her attitude towards me was terrible when I asked him for sugar, he made me repeat it three times and he still didn't put sugar in the coffee, I sat down, and then I asked again about sugar and he made me repeat it. Then he looked at me with disgust or made an unpleasant gesture. I'm not a native English speaker, but my pronunciation is good enough to pronounce the word sugar. What I saw while in the cafe is that the service depends on the customer you serve, and that doesn't seem right to me.

I tried the matcha latte yesterday and it was amazing. My wife and I thought it was the best one we've had in Toronto (and maybe even the best ever). It's a bit pricier than the average matcha latte but you really get what you pay for. The quality is top tier. Can't wait to try it again.
