Delightful eat-in coffee shop.
Appreciated the fact that staff welcomed customers by name.
If I lived in the neighbourhood I'd be a regular.

The pesto chicken sandwich was good! The items are a bit pricey.

They have a wide selection of baked goods, though only a few are homemade. I tried the banana loaf and really liked it—it had a nice sweet and salty balance. The Americano (single shot) was too watery for my taste. Staff weren’t particularly friendly, but Wi-Fi is available.

Love, love, love this place!! Amazing pastries and desserts, and the staff are super friendly. Looking forward to going back and trying the savoury dishes - they had chicken parm that looked incredible. Enjoyed the chocolate eclair and rum bomba today. Highly recommended!

Rachel’s Coffee House is truly a local gem! Their drinks are always fresh and flavorful, and their snacks and pastries are top-quality and delicious. The cookies are absolutely amazing—soft, fragrant, and packed with flavors that make you want to order another one every time. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and smiling. Definitely one of the best coffee spots in town!

Great frozen/slushied chocolate milk, coffee and they have a solid chocolate chip cookie. Their iced matcha though was mostly milk, so it wouldnt be mi first choice for it.

Good coffee and a nice selection of baked goods. Their butter tart ,although too sweet, paired very well with coffee. Their grilled vegetable ciabatta was absolutely delicious.

We generally visit Rachel’s coffee and have always had a pleasant experience with the staff and service however today’s visit was saddening.
We were two adults with my toddler who is not even 2. Toddler being a kid was trying to sit on the table and we were fully aware and were making sure my kid doesn’t trip off the table.
Meanwhile we were having coffee and my kid was having cake sitting on the table, this middle aged Asian lady came up to us and started talking to my kid in a stern voice asking not to sit on the table. I tried to lighten it up and said “I wish you had come earlier, since she(my kid) wasn’t listening to me”. Post this she said in an even stern voice that “ I wouldn’t want you to come here again” to my child and I could feel it was directed at us. I did not say anything back to this lady because I’m not one of those customers who create a scene however I did want to mention it here that I’m not angry but I’m deeply hurt. For a customer who goes there often and even pays tip in every visit to appreciate the staff, listening to this from the same staff was hurtful. I am never going to visit this place again since the staff themselves said so. I hope they someday learn kindness!

The service was not too bad but that’s it.
I ordered “iced” americano and “iced” latte, but what I got was blended coffees with no ice.
The americano was just water with a hint of coffee, and the latte was just a milk even no coffee taste.
I have high expectations with the coffee because the reviews said their coffee was amazing, but I was highly disappointed.
There’re so many other great options around this area, so I don’t think I’m coming this place again to grab a coffee.
