Sadly, as they grow, the product and service gets weaker. The staff on Sunday is unpleasant (manager) and the quality is generally inconsistent and not edible. In the last few months: soupy, bland shakes and bowls - I am done. Just really bad.

The owner was super sweet when I called in and helped me select the best cookies for my parents anniversary party! Their cookies are definitely meant for sweet tooth lovers! I'm a big fan of their cookies! The price per cookie is really fair too for the quality. The cookies were very fresh and soft and I definitely will be placing another order very soon!

Cookies were da bomb and service was amazing. Owner is very nice and you can tell so much effort and love go into making them. So soft and chewy and full of flavour and flavours are very tasty. I tried cosmic brownie batter, lotus and smores and they were oh so delicious!!! Definitely recommend

Absolutely love the Rookies! They are so delicious, and they are even better when they are hand-delivered by the owner after a specific instruction of not wanting any was given! In all seriousness, these are some of the best cookies I have ever had!!

Easily the best cookies I’ve ever had. I have tried many different cookies all across Toronto and the GTA and none quite compare to Rachel’s cookies. The flavour is immaculate, the service is outstanding, and the owner is very nice and very cute as well which is a nice bonus. All my friends and family have loved these cookies and they are great for special occasions, or even to just eat after a long day. To put it simply, Rachel’s cookies are without a doubt the best cookies you can find in Toronto and are heavily underrated. 10/10 I will be back again.

The owners were very nice but the cookies are even better!

Very pleased with my gift purchase of a dozen “rookies” (large, yummy-looking quarter pounder cookies). Really tasty and different from other bakeries I’ve dealt with. The owner was very nice to deal with as well. I would order again!

The juices are exceptional with a lovely selection of items. The rating is mostly based on the fact that the food items leave alot to be desired. The salads and chia puddings are all generic and feel as though you got them out of a hospital vending machine. I would get a juice but avoid any food items. In my ways feels like youre mostly paying for the branding moreso than the quality of the food items Food Item Reviews: 1) PB&J chia pudding: it was overly sweet, nothing special. For 300 cals, I would rather eat a junior chicken so not a great use of calories if you are being calorie conscious 2) Rainbow Bright Salad: not going to lie, this was one of the better prepackaged salads I have had. Again, the ingredients are nothing special. The container size is quite small, the amount of protein is not great to keep you full with some small amount of chick peas. The dressing is ++++++ good though, wish I could prepare my own greens or get one from fresh restaurants and just buy this dressing

Horrible service. Ordered the 3 day cleanse after a friends recommendation. Delivered at 3:05am instead of the confirmed 10am-12pm booking, delivered at this ridiculous hour on coldest night of the year. Shattered bottles, shards in those that didn't fully break. Had to leave numerous voicemails and messages. No response for 9 days then they simply refund 1 of the 3 days. Really??? No ownership of their error and no attempt to right the wrong they made. Explain to me why I should pay for any product delivered to me which could cause me harm. Amazing when you try to support local and this is how they treat you. DO NOT ORDER....they definitely don't care about your health!!!!!

So cool to find them on Too Good to Go-- the food waste reduction app! You can pre-order a "surprise bag" from Greenhouse Juice, and pick it up in the appointed timeslot. So far, I got to try to some chia desserts that I wouldn't usually have purchased. Tip: add some extra dark chocolate to them to make them extra delicious! And by the way, their Gatsby juice has to be the best in the whole roster. Try it!

The staff at this location cop attitude. I went in to inquire about points, signing-up which I did online, and they were rude (apparently online registration different than in-store). WHen I asked about recycling which is listed as now happening, they were rude again (I know it's a f**** pandemic but like to recycle and it was listed online as recycling program reinstated). Then one of the staff told the main woman that I was rude quietly thinking I couldn't hear. No, I simply delivered the same tone right back to her. Why should I put up with BS when I'm paying top dollar and simply asking NORMAL QUESTIONS AS A NEW CUSTOMER. Love the ginger and flu shots so I just buy from Whole Foods or Pusateri's...

I tried the one day green cleanse. It was great. Low sugar which is what I needed. I have tried other cleanse companies and this one is my favourite due to the amount of drinks you receive and the low sugar drinks. I feel that low sugar cleanses are important to prevent the insulin spike. I ordered my juices online for Vancouver BC (they deliver to B.C. and Ontario). The customer service was exceptional. One of the best service I've ever received. There was a mixup with delivery and I was quite blown away with how easily and quickly it was resolved. I will be ordering from this company again. Highly recommended.
