I have dined here twice at their Bank Street location twice. The first time I visited, it was to enjoy one of their delicious ramens for $10 while helping them celebrate their 3rd anniversary.
My second time visiting, I enjoyed their new and delicious Black TanTan Ramen and their black sesame seeds that you can crush and sprinkle into your bowl of ramen. 🍜

We felt humiliated at the restaurant. Being a long-term customer at Isshin, we always come back because of the food and atmosphere, it’s sad seeing this place going downhill.
We went at lunch time, the place is very busy which we are familiar with. Ten minutes after we finished our appetizer, we saw other people who sat down after us being served with ramen, we then asked our waiter and he said: it’s because my spicy miso soup is taking longer to make.
