Ramen Isshin Reviews
I have dined here twice at their Bank Street location twice. The first time I visited, it was to enjoy one of their delicious ramens for $10 while helping them celebrate their 3rd anniversary.
My second time visiting, I enjoyed their new and delicious Black TanTan Ramen and their black sesame seeds that you can crush and sprinkle into your bowl of ramen. 🍜
Also, don't be discouraged by the colour of this ramen's broth, because of its greyish colour. It tastes much...read full review
déco ok mais le reste .... sans intérêt
We felt humiliated at the restaurant. Being a long-term customer at Isshin, we always come back because of the food and atmosphere, it’s sad seeing this place going downhill.
We went at lunch time, the place is very busy which we are familiar with. Ramen Isshin serves some of the best ramen in the city, pleasing crowds with its reasonable prices. The Roasted Garlic Shoyu ramen is a tasty option, with rich and flavorful broth and egg. The vegan ramen is also a fulfilling choice, looking very rich and tasting delicious. The pork on the Roasted Black Garlic Shoyu ramen is fantastic, and the broth remains rich and flavorful. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, though some have noted that the music can be slightly too loud. The restaurant offers a good selection of sake-based cocktails and plum wine. While the tsukemen ramen has room for improvement, the fast and friendly service and the quality of the food definitely make it worth the wait. Food arrives incredibly quickly after ordering, and staff are attentive. Ramen Isshin is a great spot for anyone craving a delicious, authentic bowl of ramen in Toronto, and many would love to come back for more.
