My daughter love this place

The drinks were amazing—great flavor, perfect texture, and not overly sweet. I especially loved the fresh toppings and the variety of choices on the menu. A really fun and cozy place to enjoy bubble tea.

Writing this review on the 30th September 2025 at 5:35 pm. I am a huge fan of real fruit and i have been to so many stores. This location has to get rid of the current employees. Worst customer service. They seem like they are not interested in their job at all. Seems like they hate working there. They dont greet, don’t smile, they just talk to each other pretending they are blind and didn’t see the customer who just entered the store. They don’t care who comes and goes, their first priority is their conversation and don’t give a damn about the customer. Didn’t even look at me, replied or say a word when i said THANK YOU after giving me the smoothie. Hate these kind of people.

Avoid this location – aggressive staff and watery smoothie

I had one of the worst customer experiences here. I placed a prepaid Uber Eats order for 4 drinks at this location. The app said it was ready, so I quickly went in to pick it up while my dog waited in the car (less than 2 minutes).

The moment I asked about my order, the staff member became immediately aggressive and rude, shouting at me instead of simply answering my question. He wouldn’t even let me speak, just kept saying there was a line, even though there wasn't and despite the fact that my order was already placed and paid for online. When I explained my situation, he threatened to “report” me and continued yelling at me even as I walked out.

To make it worse, the drinks were the most watery smoothies I’ve ever had from any Real Fruit location—bland, thin, and nothing like what they should be.

Never coming back. Disrespectful staff and terrible quality. Avoid it at all costs.

Disappointed with the Quality and Hygiene

I had high expectations from Real Fruit Bubble Tea, but my recent visit was quite disappointing. All the mangoes used in their drinks had visible black spots, which looked very unhygienic and unappetizing. It’s concerning that such produce is still being served.

On top of that, the juice was packed with more ice than actual fruit. It felt watered down and lacked the fresh, fruity flavor I was hoping for. For a brand that claims to serve real fruit, this experience was far from what’s promised. Not acceptable, especially at this price point.

Would love to see better quality control and a more balanced fruit-to-ice ratio in the future.
