I went to the store and bought a drink. The girl who served me was very nice and friendly as always, but she forgot to add the extra topping I ordered. When I told her, she quickly fixed it, which I appreciated. However, I later found a dead bee inside my drink. It really left me disappointed and I couldn’t drink it after that. I hope the store pays more attention to cleanliness and checks the drinks before serving them.

Came into the shop at nearly 11:40pm on Friday and it's understandable that, given they close at midnight, they wanna have all ready to close but denying an orange juice that would probably take max 10min in being done is kinda far from what providing good customer service looks like, in my opinion.
The young woman on shift saw us come in and sent us straight into the screen to place an order in a rather unwelcomed way. 5 min later, she lets me know they're not making any fresh juice, which would have been appreciated for it to have been informed at the beginning as we walked in.
At all times, she was talking on her phone as if no customers were around. I find this pretty inappropriate. It made my friend and I feel like we're not welcomed. No excitement for new comers.
On the positive side, at least she showed sense of urgency and worked pretty quickly on the slushes we ended up getting. Upon finishing and handling us our order, she didn't even make eye contact and went straight back to her conversation on the phone. Again, pretty rude gesture. At least she had the decency to wish us a good night.
This experience should have gotten a 1 start review but instead I'm giving you two, just because the drink was actually good and the sense of urgency the staff showed was a pleasure to see. Customer service wise, there's a lot of room for improvement. I won't be coming back soon. I'll give you guys some time to see if I have a better customer service next time.
This is the best real fruit in the city of Ontario especially if Elaine is serving you the experience will be immaculate I highly recommend ‼️🫶🏾🙏🏾 n I got some pictures so yall can see for yourselves

Great fast, professional, courteous staff. But what I do think is horrible is how this location allows their staff to work under grueling conditions , especially during a heat wave that is currently 43 degrees. A simple fan does not suffice and Im sure fresh fruit makes more then enough revenue to provide safe and comfortable working conditions. Employees are not slaves they are the people helping put money in your pocket ! Do better fresh fruit !!
