I wanna give a big shout out to Jim who is always attentive and accommodating whenever im at this location.
Service is very pleasant, Jim was a big help from helping me decide what to get to pay out. I commend the patience and hospitality of the service crew working here. Would visit again!
The staff is so polite and friendly specially the indian girl and the filipino girl they both always treat everyone so nicely love to visit this place
I usually come to this bubble tea every time and buy myself fresh juices but this time I had very bad experience there was a Asian by working he didn’t know how to do proper customer service. He has so much arrogance the way he speak with me I didn’t feel comfortable at all so if there is a manager or anyone as a quick action need to be taken, I am very disappointed.
My go to order is the mango diamond slush with tapioca pearls and it always made perfectly!

The make their own tapioca pearls and they definitely have an ever so slightly unique taste and texture which I love. My favourite is the passion fruit lemon brew. Very refreshing when you need a cold drink. I seek out Real Fruit Bubble Tea in different areas specifically for their unique tapioca bubbles.
