I usually love Real Fruit Bubble Tea and always order the Mango Slush, but this location at Gerrard Square is not at the same standard as others. The Mango Slush here is consistently very watery, more like a thin juice, and this is not the first time I’ve had this experience at this location.

The girl working really hates her job, it doesn't hurt to smile at your customers, when asking her a question, she looked very annoyed and gave you attitude and a cold stair, am I bothering you? If so, don't work, stay home. Train her in customer service. You will lose a lot of business having someone like that working.

I’ve visited this twice now, and both times I had the same issue. I ordered a carrot juice, but the straw provided had a strong unpleasant smell and was too thick, which completely ruined the taste of the drink. It's disappointing because the juice itself is good, but the low-quality straw makes the overall experience quite bad. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the quality of their straws.

Loved this place before and bought products here many times. But recently the slush has so much ice and so little fruits. I can barely taste the mango. The color is different from before, it’s light yellow and not that kind of mango yellow anymore. This is sad. Sure this is not always. But when it happens, it ruins your mood and it’s a total waste of money.

It was always good. But not today.I ordered a large black milk tea, but they didn't have Black tea at that moment. The guy use different tea bag for it. Without tells me. Then it comes white colour, the taste is different. Like milk + sugar.When I asked him, he told me the black tea would be ready after 5 minutes. Why you didn't tell me before but offer different products?I had to ask him add some black tea in it. Now it is like water.If you do not have the right ingredients and can not provide the right product please don't provide to the customer.Waste of?!!!The similar situation happened before. A lady was told me the truth. Then just waited 5 minutes should be fine

I just bought mango & avocado from this place today and the lady who served me was so rude and arrogant and I asked her if she’s ok? In case I do something wrong but she’s hate the job I can see it and give me a juice smelling so bad, I did want to go back this place again, I feel sorry for the owner.
