I ordered a smoothie. They used milk powder with too much water, and when that created leftover smoothie they wouldnt give it to me. The store wasnt busy at that time.

July 31, 2025 4:30pm I bought a mango slush and it seemed like it water down, not that slushy as always. Also it doesn’t taste much mango. Hope they can make it better next time.

Absolutely inhumane experience.
I was extremely sick and in medical distress. I went into Real Fruit Bubble Tea asking for just a glass of water—it was an emergency. They told me they charge a dollar for water, which I didn’t have. I begged the staff and the manager to please help me, and they refused.
When I asked to file a formal complaint or get the manager’s contact information, I was coldly told to call a generic “Help Line” and brushed off completely.
They denied me something as basic as water, even knowing I was sick. It was heartless and humiliating. I will never give them my business again, and I urge others to think twice before supporting a company that treats people this way.

Taro milk tea is extremely stale and not sweet and the tapioca is not even coated with honey, which makes it taste like a chewy hard board box. I love tapioca and for me to say it’s horrible, means it is horrible. Don’t waste your money at this location. Go to another.
