I came across this spot while walking back to my hotel. The menu had lots of options and very reasonable prices. I decided on the passionfruit fruit tea with mango popping bobas. I wasn't in love with the passionfruit tea, it had a distinct taste that wasn't very good. However, the service was quick and the location was convenient. I'd be back again to try another flavor.

I used to come to this place regularly to buy drinks, but my last experience was very disappointing. I ordered 2 medium watermelon slushes, but the girl at the counter gave me 2 mango slushes instead. When I told her I ordered watermelon, she insisted I said mango. even though both my friend and I clearly remembered asking for watermelon. We decided to just ignore it and not make a big deal.
Then I ordered 1 small banana drink—and again, she gave me a small mango. That’s two mistakes in one visit. On top of that, she doesn’t even give us receipts when we order, so we don’t have any order number or proof to show what we actually asked for. It makes it hard to fix mistakes or clarify anything.
This was really frustrating and disappointing. I used to like coming here, but now I’m not sure if I’ll return. I hope the staff can be trained to listen more carefully and provide receipts so this doesn’t keep happening.

Doesn’t know how to make some good milk tea. Made taro taste like cough syrup, and doesn’t add sugar. Better to go to the new real fruit tea at yonge and Dundas under the cineplex, they do an excellent job

I was really disappointed with the Taro boba tea here. It didn’t compare to the previous Taro teas I had elsewhere. Th pearls were strange and had a weird texture.
I really like this shop as it’s near my work place and I always grab something while passing by just when Jisook is there. She really make other person feel happy as well. She always smile while doing her work. “happy person can make other happy” keep it up. Thank you

The Asian girl's behavior was very bad. She entered the store with a cheerful face and did not interact with me. I told her what I wanted, and her looks and behavior were bad. I could not stand it, so I said I did not want anything. She continued her work and I left the store. She did not show me any interest. She really keeps customers away from the store. No one wants to be treated in this humiliating manner. This experience will not be repeated.

This place has very bad customer service or they just don't like to serve brown skin. I went yesterday Saturday to get a drink usually I always walk out because of their attitude, I decided to try kindly the girl that served me was short Chinese or Korean with very bad attitude I can't have sugar I asked her what she recommend she was annoied to tell me anything. I have asked if the pinaple is real fruit, she said yes so I ordered Medium pinaple with water melons and tapioca no sugar there was no real pinaple and test horrible!!!!!? I told her this test very bad she said it only test good with sugar I asked where is the pinaple? She walked away. I trashed the drink in he trash bin infront of her I told her she has very bad attitude and customer service & I will contact the owner to get my money back. How can this place afford giving bad customer service and charge $10.00 for medium drink during inflation time . Continue to be like this year after year????? Can I have my money back please? I asked her name she told me Doris not sure if that is her really name. Merchant copy number is 039 I purchased 2:29 pm. September 28 2024 invoice number #38002. Please respond this post back ? will also contact my phone and email.
