I love coming to the Princess Margaret location of Real Fruit Bubble Tea! While I usually enjoy a cold bubble tea, their hot teas are just as amazing—perfect for chilly days. It’s a busy spot, but ordering ahead on the app makes it a breeze; I rarely wait long at all. The staff here are always so polite and sweet, making every visit a pleasure. Highly recommend this location for both the drinks and the service!

Such good people! I've had to spend a lot of time in this hospital over the last few months and the staff is always so sweet and kind to my Daughter and I. Even if I don't need a great tasting fruit drink while there I always make sure to go say hi.
I went to this store this afternoon and ordered the mango slush. The drink was really good and good customer services were provided! Will definitely go again!

I went there on June 17th at around 6:15pm.
I had the worst customer service ever. There was a sign saying be back in 10 minutes, so I went to sit down and wait but I noticed someone came out to the front. So assuming the worker was back from her break. I waited to be tended to.
The female, rudely told me she was on her break which I said ok no problem, when will you be back? She said 15 minutes, I said OK the sign says 10 but I'll wait. She then proceeded to get extremely upset with her facial gestures and told me that she only had 1drink left to make. A mango slush. I decided to leave as I felt extremely disrespected and didn't want one drink off of an entire menu. This is a cancer hospital. Being treated with that level of disrespect should not be tolerated. I work in health care at another hospital near by and this is disgusting behaviour. This could have been a critically Ill patient she was dealing with. Needless to say I will never return or give my business and will inform others that I work with also.
