Authentic and absolutely delicious local Greek place. Real Greek Gyros is a hidden gem in Riverdale. I would walk by many times and never actually tried before. My Greek friend who is from Athens recommended it to me, and now I completely understand why. I had the pork gyros btw pronounced as gee-ros, not jai-ros , and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The title makes it seem like authentic Greek but it tastes more like donair then authentic Greek gyro. Yes they put fries in it which is great but it didn’t taste like they put tzatziki at all and the chicken was dry and hard. I was quite disappointed for the price they charge. Their fries on the other hand are perfect and very authentic. The service and friendliness of the staff was great though.
absolutely delicious, I had a random craving for greek food and decided to try this place out, got the chicken gyro on pita & I was amazed, so rich & flavourful, generous with the servings, affordable, I think I found my new favourite spot!
